I just love her style - she's very REAL and spends time talking with you about both your medical issue and life in general. She was very sympathetic to my financial situation when I was seeing her (unemployed and without insurance) and always went out of her way to ensure that my costs would be as low as possible. My only regret is that once I became employed again my only option was Kaiser and I couldn't continue to see Kim for my medical needs. I HIGHLY recommend this practice, and Kim Kinder in particular.

Compared to our previous Dr. (who was also a wonderful doctor), office visits are painless; no long waits (we used to wait 2 hours or more to see my old doc), the office staff is a delight (not so with our old doc). Nurses are always on hand for shots or other assistance (great attitudes and personalities) and they have their own phlebotomist in house. Dr. Taubman is great!

I have never felt rushed in my appointments, and because I am not feeling pressured about time, I am better able to express my concerns and have a productive, efficient visit. I don't get rushed out of the office thinking, "Shoot, I meant to ask about this..." By the way, you might get his answering machine sometimes when you call the office to make an appt., but they always return my calls very quickly -- last time they called me back within about 15 minutes.

He will run further tests until he can figure out what is wrong. He is very good about fitting people into his schedule whenever he can, even if that means working through lunch or late. The nurses are all very kind and if you call, he will always get back to you either by lunch time or at the end of the day. Sometimes the wait is long but that is usually because he has probably squeezed someone in who was sick, so I don't mind as I've been in the same position. She is accessible to me by text during off hours and I have always been given immediate appointments when necessary. Abby , her nurse, is excellent to deal with . She is responsive and on the occasions I have needed blood work been gentle and never left a bruise. While I realize no one can guarantee that I appreciate the results so far! Dr Anne has been a great resource for good referrals to specialists when necessary. I recently had a test which turned out to have good results. She will respond to my texts during off hour questions and always has time to schedule an appointment with me should I or should she feel that is necessary. She has been an excellent resource for referrals to some very good specialists when necessary. Recently she was able to alleviate some anxiety by accessing the results from some tests which turned out to be just fine. However, without her intervention, I would have had to wait. I am very pleased with that level of caring and service. Her assistant, Abby is also pleasant, professional and caring. She is a real boon to the office as Abby is the first person with whom a person interacts when visiting the office. I have never had to wait more that just a couple of minutes for my schuduled appointment. In addition, Abby has drawn blood from my arm with no pain and no bruising. Why do I LOVE Dr. Walsh? Let me count the ways…read more.. Dr. Walsh does not take insurance, doesn't have any other doctors in her office, and doesn't have nurses or a receptionist. Scheduling is all online, through her very informative website. While some may see that as a negative, I see that as a positive, especially when looking at the cost of service. I am paying a low, preset fee to see the doctor. I am not also paying for a receptionist, an insurance billing specialist, and a nurse. I pay my $90, I send the bill to my insurance myself and I save a ton of money. Dr. Walsh does not have a receptionist or nurses. When I go see her, I see HER from start to finish, instead of passing through various people to get a hurried 10 minutes of time with a physician. Contacting her is also easier, because I don't have to go through multiple layers to get to her. You know how it usually goes....call the office, leave a message for the doctor, get a call back from the nurse, explain everything to the nurse, who will then discuss it with the doctor, only to get a call back from the nurse saying the doctor wants you to come in. Ugh. With Dr. Walsh, I email her directly, and she either emails or calls me back in hours, not days. If she can help without coming in to see her, she will. She is not in it for the cash. Dr. Walsh does not have back up doctors. This means you are never confronted with a total stranger if something happens. My niece had a rather unpleasant experience with a cyst, and not only did Dr. Walsh come into the office on a Sunday night to take care of it, she even offered to go to my niece if she couldn't drive herself. No backup doctor would do that. Actually, unless you are having a baby, no regular or backup doctor does anything after hours, you go to the ER with all the other injured/sick people. Dr. Walsh doesn't have a thousand patients. This allows her time to keep tabs on things like prescription prices, and where and how to get the best deal. Did you know that sometimes, it is cheaper to pay out of pocket instead of insurance? Neither did I, until she told me that my $35 inhaler through insurance was $12.50 at Costco if I didn't use my insurance. Copays are tricksy and she knows where you can get the best price. Because she keeps her patient list small, she knows her patients. Really KNOWS them... she doesn't need to look in my chart to know why I see her or what is going on. She knows my name, my history, my family, and all the other aspects that you learn about people you know. This is only part of why she is an excellent physician. And here is the really important part....she really is an excellent physician. She knows her stuff and she will take good care of you. You will feel cared for, not rushed through an antibiotics cattle call. If you are looking for a practice with lots of warm bodies to pay attention to you, then this isn't the practice for you. If you are looking for excellent medical care from a wonderful physician, you won't find better than Dr. Walsh.

Dr. Diener sat with me for at least 30 minutes and asked all the right questions. I had a short list of things that I definitely wanted to make sure I discussed with the doctor, and I never needed to refer to that list because he hit on everything without my prompting. She referred me to a wonderful oncologist and was very caring through the treatment and beyond. You'll wait awhile for a new patient appointment, but once you've been established as a patient, you'll not have a problem getting an appointment when you're sick. She accepts most if not all insurances as well.

The staff usually rushes my son and from front office to the nurses many seem annoyed all the time. He was afraid to get weighed by one nurse on several visits but not with another as the first one never smiled. The staff do not consult the doctors when a problem occurs and take a very off putting approach. For example: We saw the doctor three days ago for persistent fevers and cough. He kept have fevers so the doctors office called and we were advised to come back in for a check up. We were told there is a after noon sick clinic so if be made it before 5pm as we could not make the 3pm open time slot. We made it to the sick walk in but TURNED AWAY by the senior staff Donna. Told the walk in appointments filled and we would have to return although never told by the scheduler that we had to make an appointment. She even ushered us out the door. Later the doctor called back and said we should have never been turned away. The staff NEVER consulted the doctor on this situation per the doctor who called back..Leaving because the doctors are not managing patient care but the staff who are not physicians.
