She is an excellent technician in cosmetic repairs. You will look like yourself but with gorgeous teeth! Dr Hall once looked at an X-ray I brought in and compared it to her exam and said I did not need a root canal as the other dentist decided. As a medical professional I have seen patients that are in pain and needing immediate and lifesaving care. Dental care is no different, root canals and infections and such being emergencies and not to be ignored. Sometimes patients don't understand exactly what is happening and need to be helped emotionally thru the stage of X-rays, impressions, root canals, all the way thru to payment options. Perhaps as usual (in the negative reviews) there was some lack of explanation given in a simple enough manner for the patient to understand. To think that you would be treated poorly is a complete failure on your part to understand the seriousness of your condition.

The first visit is always long (around 2 hours) which I though was kind of weird, but, as soon as you get there, you understand why. Lyndsey, my new favorite hygienist in the world, starting asking me questions about myself. Not because she was trying to be nosy, but because she really cared and wanted to get to know me. Who does that anymore? I LOVED IT. They take tons of pictures and they are incredibly thorough. I go to the dentist all the time, but, for the first time, I found out that I actually grind at night which is something no dentist has ever told me! And they showed me everything in the X rays. Saw Dr.Scott (is a dentist a doctor? maybe, idk they say so, let's not get in the academia conversation here of what degree makes you what) So, Dr.Scott was great (he has great teeth too), went in for a few fillings, and he was like Yanni playing 6 keyboards. He has been doing this shit for a min! Some may say he's quick cause he wanna see more people in the day, and maybe that's right. But im ok with having someone in and out of my mouth QUICKLY! And he's good at that. And he does a great job. The ambiance in the clinic is great, music taste differs, but it's not a night club! Also, Hannah over the phone was great when i had questions. Thx Hannah. One thing i would change is have doors to where you are being examined/treated/being gagged, i would like more privacy usually! The hygenist are extremely efficient and friendly as well so the dentist has long been something I don't mind visiting. He really is a hoot and will make you feel at ease very quickly. That being said, he's been at it for years, he's very competent. They are also very fair with billing. You can discuss up front about pricing and they will put off an x ray or whatever if they think you can get away with it. I have gone the last couple of years without dental insurance and they have been very helpful with how to best manage what I can afford to do. I also take my kids to him and though he is not a pediatric dentist he is great with the kids. My kids cut up with him and giggle the whole visit which is huge. I was paying once and looked around to my horror to find my 4 year old daughter slapping him with one of those rubber feet things(that they gave her)while he was examining another patient. Without even looking up, he took that little spray hose and doused her good. I couldn't have handled it better myself and she of course was delighted as was the patient.

I didn't spend any more than 15 minutes with any of the staff sat in there freezing my butt off for four hours.
