The other doctor was going to place a crown over an old filling and decays, but luckily their permanent crown broke upon seating and I was able to see Dr. Lankford for a second opinion. The nitrous was 1/3 of the cost of the other office I went to and my crown was extremely reasonably priced. I was comfortable the entire time and my coworker I referred here also relayed to me she's never felt so comfortable and at ease at a dentist. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment, which was a little frustrating but I am glad I did. I have good teeth overall except for I'd like to get them cleaned every few months due to a bracket being in my mouth permanently from braces. The doctor ended up cleaning my teeth and I felt like she did a very thorough job. Got my regular dental exam and x-rays. Everything was a breeze. Will definitely be back. Good cleaning job!

He attempted to place a crown on my back molar over and over again--at least six times. Every time I tried to eat, I braced myself. Without fail, the crown would pop off. I started to dread meals and honestly began to feel like I was losing my mind. Finally, I decided enough was enough. A coworker recommended Dr. West, and that referral changed everything.
