My exposure is very limited. Being new to the area, I didn't have a dentist. So, I went in urgently with a swollen face and very painful tooth. They took X-rays and did an exam, and got me set up with an endodontist for a root canal. One thing to note (important, but not necessarily negative): I have Delta Advantage dental coverage, and the office does not take payment directly from them (though, as a courtesy, they do submit the claim). You have to pay up front and get reimbursed. From my limited experience with their care and demeanor, it's worth it. Now that the emergency has passed, I've scheduled a routine checkup and intend on becoming a regular patient. read more

He has always been great and recently added Dr. Lafon to his office. My 94 year old mother hadn't been to the dentist since before Covid. Decided to try her with Dr. Lafon. Superlatives all the way around. She did X-rays, thorough exam & teeth cleaning. Mom came out exclaiming how nice everybody was. I started seeing Dr. Vick when I moved to town. He is compassionate and very professional. He is clear and concise and does not hesitate to do whats right for the patient. His hygienists and assistants are caring and careful people, its all so refreshing. His front office staff are competent and kind. They remember you and ask about how you are and mean it. I go to Dr. Gates, the newest member of the 3 dentist team at this location. I had heard great things, so I made the move (my insurance got switched on me suddenly a couple years ago). Let's be honest, no one ever wants to have to find a new doctor or dentist...it's a pain in the neck! The transition was smooth and easy. After 2 years (or has it been 3 or 4?--times goes by too quick), I don't have a negative thing to say about the location, the office, the wait staff, assistants, or the docs.
