Rosa at the front desk was incredibly kind and compassionate, she truly understood my situation and welcomed me in immediately. The entire experience was exceptional. I felt no pain from the injections and no pain during the extraction itself. I honestly couldn't believe it. At one point I even asked, "Is it all done?" -- and when he said "Yes," I was so relieved I started laughing. The tooth was severely infected, and extraction was the only option, but the process was completely smooth and stress-free. They got me all the paperwork I needed as a new patient and informed me that they would be able to get me in to see the dentist today. I had been fighting an issue with a toothache for 4 days which was causing me extreme headaches. My fear was that I was going to need to have that tooth pulled and they weren't going to be able to help me today. I was able to get in to see the dentist get an X-ray of problem tooth and have the tooth extracted. I was so relived that they were able to fit me in.
