Dr. Reintjes is patient and gentle. He is probably the nicest, kindest and most understanding Dentist I have ever met. He also does quality work. I have had an extraction and two fillings plus my ordinary cleanings with his team. The appointments run on time which is fantastic - we all value our time. I am typically in and out for a cleaning inside of 20 minutes door to door. I was referred to Dr. Reintjes by a friend several years ago. I had serious dental fears and truly hated and feared going to the dentist prior to coming to this office. Dr. Reintjes is super patient and kind, and everyone who I've met employee wise over the years has been so friendly and welcoming. I am currently in the process of getting a dental implant which I would not have done no matter how bad I needed it if Dr. Reintjes and Kathy and also Angelica up front hadn't all been so patient to answer my 9000 questions over several appointments before I got up the courage to book the procedure. I am so grateful for how nice they have all been when I was so scared about it! Our entire family comes to this office and they have been excellent with both of our daughters (currently 3 and 7). My oldest just had a filling done and wasn't really scared at all. I will be honest though my favorite part about this office is that you can watch Netflix while getting a bigger job done It's the little things. Also their building is very clean and nice. Hands down the absolute best dental experience! Being a former military family, we've moved A LOT. I have had at least 10 dentists before Dr. Reintjes, and I can say without a doubt, he and his staff are the most professional, kind, and caring group ever. The amount of time they take to talk to you about your day, life, experiences, etc truly sets them apart! The fact that my children are comfortable to sit in that chair on their own and have work done screams how professional and empathetic the staff is. I mean my youngest was just 7yrs old and felt so comfortable and safe that she had a filling (shots and all) done on her own without me holding her hand. I found Dr. Byron on line because I was looking for sedative dentistry. However I didn't actually need it. I am terrified of dentist due to a horrible experience. He put me at ease and he listened and he made sure I wasn't in pain. Also the front desk admin is super important i met Angelica and she is so sweet and bubbly even when I wasn't. I mean i was a sour puss but I was having inside anxiety about the visit. She made me feel welcomed genuinely and she caring. Dude's an artist. I'm one of those too and understand artistry in many fields of the fine arts and am now introduced to a new art. My teeth were a mess. Dude and I consulted and rather than get a "grill" like a 53 Buick Roadmaster, teeth that were so white that they looked blue, he affirmed my choice of going for a natural look. Fast, not to exclude thoughtfulness. It was said by a German philosopher that the only people that really know are masters and this was affirmed by the painlessness of the local to the filing down of my teeth, to the insertion of the crowns which took no local. I'm 72 and not much amazes me anymore and folks talk about the death of art, well, I do from time to time but art is in Dude's eyes and hands. I believe he changed my life because now I can smile at children, adults? Give me a reason! His staff are so friendly and on everything! I couldn't have been happier with this office. They got to see me almost immediately after complaining about my tooth pain. The front staff is nice and so is the back staff, which is rare sometimes. I assumed what I had would be an easy fix possibly, but nope lol, had to get my tooth pulled, and it wasn't bad. The doctor was able to squeeze me in and do it so I wouldn't suffer from more pain, which I appreciated! They explained everything thoroughly, which I also appreciated.. My review is based on my second visit today and my overall experience with the office manager, front desk/reception and my absurd one hour plus wait time endured today. Also the open dental workstations left little privacy with exposed patient-doctor dental health discussions. On my first visit, I was double charged for work that was not completed that day and I had to spend 15mins+ with the front office and dental assistant to square away my bill...after reconciling with staff that day, we reached alignment that I was paid up for all services received that day. However, I was disappointed to be told today that I had a carry forward balance from my first visit. When I inquired about the new items that I was being charged for, the office manager printed out my service details as if I would be at all familiar with dental codes (tooth a, b,c ) etc. The very first line on the bill was X-ray which was new news to me and when I asked further questions about it, the office manager handled this "discussion" in a very condescending way. This discussion was not at all productive and the doctor was brought in. He was reasonable and offered to look into the matter and wasn't aware of the troubles of my first visit regarding double billing at the onset. My appointment was at 4pm today and by the time all this discussion was over, it was about 4.20pm...I was sent back to the waiting room and it wasn't until I inquired with front reception till I was called in for prep at 5pm. As pretty as this office is, I didn't appreciate the long wait time and also felt lack of privacy with all open dental workstations where patient's dental health discussions and treatments are easily overhead and exposed. My second visit today was underwhelming on many facets. However, the doctor is nice and seemed to be the only dentist on duty (at least today). read more

Sad to say that this office doesn't honor the delta dental (EOB) and charged me over $2,000 "because I ran out of insurance." I see that they are no longer a delta dental provider. I wonder why? Honesty is so hard to find theses days. read more

Angelica S. provides details and explanations on treatment plans, financial options and compares/ contrasts insurance versus personal payment options. The office is clean, has great music, the dental chair has a soft massage that promotes calmness and comfort for those of us who have had fears of going to the dentist. I have been going here for years. I had to have two crowns done on my front teeth and he did a marvelous job. Also did my husbands braces and we are happy with the way that his teeth turned out. He have had big issues with billing in the past but they have a new billing person and we haven't had any issues with the new person. Overall we are happy with them! read more

I went there today because my dentist doesn't pull wisdom teeth, a friend refered them to me. I was really floored when I walked in! Everybody was so nice and the office was like walking in to a 5 star hotel lobby! Stephanie took me in the the room and made me feel comfortable and went over why I was there. A few minutes later Dr. Reintjes came in and talked to me about the procedure to remove my wisdom tooth. I never felt so relaxed and comfortable before at a dentist office. It was like talking to my high school buddy. And he is a car guy like me. And Stephanie is a car girl too. So cool! All their equipment is modern and clean. I thanked Dr Reintjes and Stephanie for their time and made an appointment with Liz for the extraction. Can wait to go back! My husband and I have went to Dr Reintjes for a few years on and off. My husband had been very faithful, getting cleanings and needed work. I had many issues with their billing person, always having to dispute charges. Her saying the insurance wouldn't pay for. I would call insurance and they said they paid, then have to call the office and tell them. She would eventually correct charges, but only after threatening to send us to collections. So I told my husband we were going to find another dentist, he doesn't want to because of liking the hygienist. So I made appointments for cleanings for both of us. We found out that we were exposed to Covid the morning of our appointments. I called to tell them, had to reschedule because of Covid protocol, but they are still going to charge us $100 for a no-show!! Really not acceptable! read more

I moved to Fresno and visited Dr. Reintjes based on a YELP review. I LOVE this dentist and his staff. The office is clean, modern and very professional. They contact you a few days ahead of your appointment with a reminder; have free WiFi (believe it or not, this is very important to me...some doctors don't get it...sometimes patients have family that wait for them and WiFi does wonders!)...they would offer me a drink while I wait for my wife's procedures to be done....offer free lifetime whitening after paying for the casting of the teeth mold...are pleasant, professional, courteous and very friendly. I love my hygenist - Stephanie. The Dr. himself was very professional, thorough, and friendly. I am always apprehensive when visiting the dentist. I looked up Dr. Reintjes online and decided to give him a try based on some good reviews. I am SO happy I did. I love this doctor and his staff. I had the best experience ever. The chair I sat in had back massagers (bonus!), the hygienist almost made me fall asleep; she was so gentle. From the front desk, reception, assistants, billing, hygienist, and the doctor, everyone is amazing. They are very welcoming, friendly and definitely have the latest technology in dentistry. I had a crown, two fillings and a night guard. All completed the same day. Even my permanent crown was done within 2 hours. For the first time in my life I am happy about getting my teeth worked on. I highly recommend this office.!!!!! I had been in severe pain for 2-3 days, my dentist was booked and could not work me in. I called them as a new patient in desperation. They got me in the same day, literally hours from when I called. Wonderful staff, very friendly , understanding and the Dentist was awesome.
