I really appreciated how accommodating they were. The clinic itself was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The chairs and equipment looked new and sturdy, and I noticed how much effort the team put into keeping everything tidy. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and Fred, the technician who brought me back, was especially helpful. He was knowledgeable and took the time to ask relevant questions about my back pain and situation. I felt like he genuinely wanted to understand what I was experiencing. When the doctor came in, she was professional and clearly knowledgeable in her field. I am actually somewhat hard of hearing, so I found it interesting that I was still able to hear other conversations outside the room. I understand that every clinic has its own setup and workflow, but having the door closed during patient consultations, when possible, might provide a greater sense of privacy and allow patients to focus more comfortably on their conversation with the provider. The pricing felt fair, and I genuinely appreciated the entire front-office team and how clean and organized the clinic was.
