October 7, 2025 Scott Temperature took care of us today with Devin as our technician. 5 Star all the way! Devin gave us a text as promised and was on time. Devin was most qualified, professional, and easy to work with. He cared about doing things right and cleaning things as needed. He found the problem and checked out other things that needed to evaluated. Devin went through a checklist of things outside and inside with our AC and Heating system. During a very hot spell in the summer the AC was not working at a rental . Scott Temperature, promptly scheduled and came through after I had three other companies look at an older furnace with a newer AC. The furnace blower motor was out. One company wanted to charge so much for a fan motor that it was recommended to get a new furnace. All three companies wanted to sell me a new furnace but Sarah Jane with Scott Temperature, recommended getting new motor installed at a reasonable price. I did have a a tech from Scott Temperature, install the motor the next day after a full week of no AC. The tenant was very happy. However the motor was making such a loud hi pitched humming noise that was not acceptable. I reached back out to Scott temperature and Sarah Jane came to the rescue the next day and adjusted the fan speed to a nice cool quiet whisper. I can't say enough great things about this company and especially about Devon. Our AC went out on the first day we had company and of course, he was a really hot day too. I was nervous about getting a new AC guy BUT the guy I used before was retired. Devon came out (on time) and was so kind, pleasant and instantly, I knew I liked him and that he was one of the good ones. He went right to work and diagnosed the problem in the first five minutes (Breaker Box). He said my unit need to be cleaned and set out to do that BUT I suggested that I would clean it and get the breaker fixed and then he could come back and finish the job. Guess what? He stopped the clock and washed out my unit and said he would be happy to come back. I got the breaker fixed and the unit runs great. Scotts called to make a follow up appointment BUT we really didn't need one SO they sent us a bill ($60.00) BEST money I will spend all summer! A maintenance call is normally $120.00 BUT Devon only charged me for a half appointment. I know this is not rocket science work that he did for me BUT I just got the impression that he could fix anything with an AC. He is my new AC guy and I could not be happier! read more

We had a new ac and furnace installed at our home and paid cash but did not receive our new thermostat that we paid for. We have tried calling and they keep telling us that because it is a new style that the manufacturer has not sent the proper one. This has been over a year and still no thermostat. They were great to work with. We've been without air for a week and really needed to get a new unit installed ASAP. Sarajane was very quick to respond to my request for information on an estimate and worked with us to find an option that fit in our budget. Called today (9am on a friday) with a house being 88 degrees because our blower wasnt working. The nice lady on the phone made no promises, but was optimistic and said she would follow up close to 3pm. I got a call at 1:30pm with the driver in route. The tech replaced the blower and was pretty awesome to explain the process, as i was curious. After a little freon added to AC unit, my house is now 77 after only a handfull of hours. Would highly recommend these folks...honest, fast, and they follow up! read more
