I don't normally take the time to leave reviews on products/services but I knew after our appointment with Patriot that I had too. Our A/C went out on Monday and of all weeks it of course was scheduled to be about 100 degrees for 5 days straight. My wife and I were panicking wondering how we were going to get through the next couple of days because we believed that we would not be able to get someone here to help repair or replace our unit. We gave a call to Patriot on Tuesday morning and Jake was able to graciously meet us asap. We met at about 9:30 in the morning and you can just tell in the first few seconds that Jake is genuinely nice guy. Which you know is hard to find with this type of work. We looked at our old unit which was about 15 years old and the compressor was going out. We chatted for about an hour going over the options and he was giving me great information on what exactly was going on, his recommendations for getting AC back up running in the house. We decided on going with a brand new unit that was a lot more efficient than the fossil we previously had. They were able to come out that next morning at 7 am to install our system, and that afternoon (which had a heat index of 110) my wife, son and I were sitting comfortably in the living room watching tv. What more can we say about this company other than completely "OUTSTANDING"; "PROFESSIONAL"; and very "TRUSTWORTHY". We had a complete HVAC System installed by Patriot Heating & AC about 4 years ago in our other home in Shawnee. We just recently moved into our forever home in the country and had Patriot Heating & AC come out to do a winter checkup on our furnace. Our tech "Mike" whom we have had the honor of knowing these past few years found several issues to the HVAC System that he brought to our attention. Our furnace went out over the weekend & the following Monday I began calling HVAC companies to get someone to take a look at it. I called the company that did the original install & they couldn't see me for a week (I later found out that they are known for not being of much assistance when it comes to repairing the units they install). Upon calling a different company they sent out a tech, diagnosed the furnace & began to tell me how the unit was, in a manner of speaking, "on it's last leg" & eventually led me to meet with one of their sales people...who OF COURSE tried to sell me a new unit. Quote in hand, I ended up searching Yelp to find "Patriot Heating & AC." Not only did they send out a tech the same evening but they had the part to repair my unit on hand (the other place had to order it), he installed it & my furnace is back to delivering heated air at a FRACTION of the cost it would've costed me had I fallen victim to the other company's tactics. read more

Great Company with great techs! We have been using Patriot for their services pretty much since the company evolved. These folks know their stuff. We just recently had a new sump-pump with a battery back -up installed by Quinton. This guy was outstanding! Did great work and was very knowledgeable! Was always more than happy to answer any questions we had. Great Job Quinton! Patriot did great by hiring this guy as one of their plumbers. Also just had our Furnace checked out by Jayden. Jake and Mike are very professional and knowledgeable of the products that they install and service. I'm somewhat of a tech nerd and like to know details about things and Jake was more than willing to share his knowledge with me. In about 4 1/2 hours they ripped out and replaced my A/C, furnace, hot water heater, and an old nasty water softener. I also appreciate that Jake, being a veteran, takes care of his fellow vets. In my last home he replace a part in my old AC unit to get me by while I was deciding on total replacement. When I decided to replace the whole system he applied the cost of the part toward my new system and said that he would donate it to a fellow service member. I met Jake several years back. I was in need of new Air Conditioning and Heating. I had several quotes from several companies. This Young Man and his Company were up and coming at that time. Patriot gave a great estimate and the work is impeccable. They have since made sure that the equipment I purchased is in good working condition by sending reminders for maintenance ( which I truly need) They are courteous, friendly and prompt. I would like for people to know that I live in a Manufactured Home which detours most any body from doing any kind of work. Jake and his team have been servicing our house for 4 years and I couldn't be more impressed. He doesn't try to push you for replacements/upgrades and try's to work within your means. As a fellow vet I know the importance of doing it right the first time and Jake and his team know this as well and provide excellent an honest consultation. Outstanding technical knowledge and service. Jake was able to address all of my questions and provided suggestions with sound reasoning. We replaced our Heat Pump outside unit and the inside blower unit and have been very happy with the results. Upgraded to a side discharge high-efficiency outside unit which is much quieter than our old unit -- just like Jake said it would be! Gabe came out the next day and quickly examined my ac unit. he explained the things it could be, and was honest that he would recommend replacing a part but wasnt pushy at all. we were able to get it working with the lower cost option and explanation of what to look for that would show the more expensive part needed replaced. would absolutely recommend!! read more
