I have had a lot of insurance agents over the years. Many of them offer good service. However, Scott and Angela consistently exceed my high expectations for all our insurance needs. Whether it is adding or deleting vehicles, requesting additional insurance cards or simply answering a question, they are always on top of it regardless of the day of the week. I had just purchased a house and a new car a little over a year ago (end of 2011), and thought I had great insurance with Farmers. But then State Farm ran some quotes for me and I found out I would save over $400 a year on auto (same exact coverage) by switching to them! While my home did go up a little bit (~$8/month) I am still saving a lot of money by switching. And the staff there was so helpful, especially Lindsay Ignatowski who answered all my questions (and believe me, I had plenty of them for her) thoroughly and patiently. The husband wanted a motorcycle. We bought a motorcycle. And then we went shopping for insurance. It was time to find someone who could cover my 2 cars, the house, and the motorcycle. After multiple quotes, Scott came out on top as the best price for motorcycle insurance. Here's the kicker - we never insured the bike and ended up selling it but we kept Scott! Scott made great recommendations on the coverage to get for the car - so much so, when someone decided to total my car for me it saved us so much heartache! State Farm was all over it. We became the poster children for under-insured insurance! You really don't think about your insurance, let alone your insurance agent, until you need assistance. This is exactly what happened when my son and I were hit head on in SE Chandler by a driver in a pick up truck going well over 60 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. The police and fire personnel were first on the scene, then my State Farm agent, Scott Thomas arrived to make sure we were ok and to assist us with what we needed to do next. I'm thankful that there were no injuries and was very grateful for having Scott there to walk us through the insurance claim process. I have been with State Farm for many years, and like most people, I always thought insurance was something, a legal burden, you just had to live with and pay diligently... Well, That all changed on a July day in Texas when my wife and grand daughter were passengers in a head on car collision during a vacation side trip! Upon receiving a phone call from the police about the hospitals to which they were taken, my family and I were instantly thrown into an arena of shock and trauma the likes of which you can't imagine...
