After calling the office and going through all the details, the rate ended up being MORE than double what she said in the mailer. I talked to Eric, because apparently Nikki was busy typing up other ridiculous invitations. This was not a generic mailer, it had all my information on it and was specifically mentioned as a "priority quote". Avoid this place! It appears that all the other one star ratings are completely valid!

It included coverage details that were better than I currently have so I called them. It was a huge waste of time. Their quote was more than what I currently pay and more than double the $550 they claim on the letter for the same coverage I currently have. Their excuse was the rates were recently 'adjusted.' (in the last two weeks? I think not) If I had know she represents Allstate I wouldn't even have bothered to call. I used them before and they were a nightmare, they said one thing then the bill was something completely different. Don't waste your time with this agency.
