He was run and smelled terrible! Like shower buddy! He roomed me once and you could tell how new he was by the way he worked. He was very slow and not knowledgeable at all! I don't know why they hire people who have no idea what they are doing? He only roomed me once so I'm very glad I didn't have to deal with him too much. Then there is this nurse she's the rudest person! She was so stuck up. It was like she was looking down on me for being there. He name was Kala and she was terrible as well. I've seen her multiple times in the halls and I've heard her talk about patients like they were poor pathetic human beings. We may not have as much money as she does but what we have is compassion which she definitely does not! I don't go in to be judged I go in to be treated for medical conditions and she doesn't see that. I dread that call from her on my labs or medication refills. Otherwise I enjoy coming to this location more than any of the other locations.

Had to wait in line until someone said there was no lab order for my annual wellness exam. Then had to stand in a different line to have someone print out my lab order. Spent an hour here when it used to take 15 minutes. Don't get me started on the new automated check in system. Many people checking in were having problems checking in.
