Heather Banul saved the day for me on multiple occasions. I had a long relationship with a major insurance company that ultimately wasn't able to perform on time when I was closing escrow on my home. I called Heather and not only did she get it done at lightning speed, but she was also able to get me a more robust insurance plan. What I love about Heather is that she doesn't just get you bottom-of-the-barrel cheap insurance. She'll look at your current plan and assess it for lapses in coverage. Most insurance agents I've dealt with just try to lower premiums as much as possible while exposing you to reckless lack of coverage. Heather makes sure you are getting value for your dollar while not underinsuring yourself. Somehow, she also ends up getting a lower price anyway. I've since moved my homes, cars, and investment properties over to her and she has hit a home run on all of them. Many of them, I wasn't even aware of how underinsured I was. Horrible follow through from this office. We received the run around from his office clerk (Kiki?). Even after it was apparent that Kiki was not taking care of the situation and he was alerted to that fact Scott did not take ownership of the issue and instead forced us to take care of it ourselves. Ended up having to call the main number ourselves and sort an issue with billing. Every time we called Scott's office we received a different story regarding our billing discrepancies. We will not use him moving forward and would NOT suggest his services to anyone else. read more

THANK YOU Scott Vossmeyer and State Farm!! I'm kicking myself for not calling Scott's office for an insurance quote before last month. When I moved down to CA from the Pacific Northwest almost five years ago I stayed with the insurance company I had at the time (even though they transferred me to a new agent I had never met and could never get a hold of....and even though they have slowly raised my premiums over the years for no reason) because I was convinced that switching insurance companies would be a huge hassle. SO WRONG! After complaining to a girlfriend about my high rates and minimal customer service (try zero), she suggested I call Scott's office for a free quote (her entire family is insured with Scott Vossmeyer). I figured it was probably time to start shopping around for new quotes so I started with Scott Vossmeyer State Farm. I was surprised to get through to Scott on the first try and felt immediately at ease with him. He was about to meet with a customer so he took down my information and called me back within an hour. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, polite and patient as he answered all of my questions (likely silly ones at that). I knew that State Farm was one of the best (if not THE best) insurance companies out there so I was prepared to receive a quote back that would be equal to mine (with less coverage) at best - SO WRONG again! The quote Scott gave me was more than $350 LESS (woo-hoo!!) than my current policy with significantly better coverage AND roadside assistance!!
