There was no greeting to acknowledge I was even there nor anything said to me such as "I'll be with you shortly." I know the owner saw me walk in because we looked at each other. Furthermore, there was another person working there, perhaps an intern or trainee, who also didn't acknowledge my presence or ask what I needed. I stood around for about 15 minutes, then left.
