I waited 6 months for tom to get to my interior of my truck going and then they threw it all in in one day. What a shit show and the final product was less than worth the money. most of the padding did NOT get replaced so my new seats are already flat and they broke all the plastic tabs on alot of the interior plastic panels so my trim keeps falling off. The headliner is drooping as well but not worth the time or frustration to get it fixed by them. He can not keep workers so who knows who is doing your work, crack heads it looked like. I have a 2005 Chevy Suburban with 300,000 miles that runs great and looks great other then the drivers seat was worn out. I ordered "The Seat Shop" factory spec, replacement leather seat covers. DO NOT USE FOR BOAT UPHOLSTERY replacement/repair!!!!!!!! ZERO stars is the REAL rating!!!!!! The product they returned to us after upping the original price on reupholstering the back piece of our boat was something I could have done in my garage for about 1/8 the price! So horrible and the customer service is a joke as well. It literally looked so bad we took it back to be fixed. When we picked it up after being "fixed" yeah that was a f@*cking joke!! The guy blames is Dad for the job but my guess is they all have zero clues as to doing auto/boat upholstery. Do your self a favor and look and ask around and avoid this place if you want a good job done. We will most definitely not be returning and will let other boat owners know to avoid this place. read more

I needed to get my work truck seat reupholstered and found Capitol Upholstery online. I told Tom that I needed it back in 2 days and he said no problem. Well, 2 days came and I forgot to pick it up. I called Tom and he said to come pick it up the next day. They open at 9:00 am and I needed it back before 8:00 am. Toms mother (a very nice lady) said that she will be there at 8:00.
