If you have a little-used property or office, hire Skippy. Juan is prompt and courteous, and will take the time to be sure the general areas are clean. But your stains will still be there. It appears that stains are just pre-sprayed, not agitated so the stains actually come out. And the filtration lines (dark lines where carpet meets the wall) will get worse each time he comes, as he doesn't do the hands-and-knees work needed to get those clean. read more

Juan, my man! He literally saved me, and on a Sunday to boot. My son was a DD the night before and someone ended up puking in his backseat. Ugh! Not only did he come clean the interior but he figured out how to get the rear seat flipped up so the back & underneath could also be cleaned (and there was more puke there, so yeah.... it needed it!) I found Skippy Cleaners after calling numerous professional laminate hardwood floor cleaning companies. I made the mistake of mopping my laminate floor with Mop and Glo and it completely ruined my floors. I was left with a white sticky chalky residue on the floor and Juan the owner had said he could help. Many of the places I called said that they could not help me which took me into a panic. Juan came to my house and gave me a quote to clean the floors. When he came back, he cleaned my entire floor, moving furniture etc and the floor turned out looking brand new!! It was amazing! Amazing service, amazing results on both of our large area rugs. I had an old wool rug I had not unrolled in over a year, there were mysterious spots on the rug that seemed impossible to get out. Skippy Cleaner's owner, Juan, worked extra hard to scrub out those spots and our rug is like new, incredibly clean, I was extremely impressed. Communication was very professional and efficient, service was so friendly, Juan worked around my schedule for pick up and drop off. I got a price to have my terra cotta floors cleaned and resealed. This is more difficult than cleaning regular titles, and I thought I had arranged for the owner, Juan, and an employee to come out for this two day job. I made the mistake of making the final arrangements via text message, which apparently led to a huge misunderstanding. The weekend of the appointment, Juan was a no show and there was no response to my calls or texts. Since we had done considerable prep for the appointment, I was pretty mad. I waited for him to contact me with an explanation of why he was a no show. No contact for over a month. When I finally decided to contact him, he asked when he could come by to pick up payment for the floors that had been cleaned. What the -- ? Turns out instead of coming himself with his worker, he sent out one guy while he was on vacation. This was not a one man job since, at minimum, there was a massive China cabinet that was going to be moved. The guy he sent out told Juan I was not home but that he did the job! I have no clue whose floors he allegedly cleaned but he certainly never came to my house. And it is not like there are a lot of houses with terra cotta tiles these days. He also claimed he moved a larger China cabinet. So who knows where this guy went, or whether he is a total liar, but he certainly never came to my house. Juan is still trying to figure out what happened. I made the huge mistake of not getting everything in writing, which I normally would do, but I was so happy to have found someone I thought could clean and seal my terra cotta tiles, and who can with a good recommendation, so I did business his way, nothing in writing. Never again. If you still decide to use this company, make sure you have a clear understanding of who will be doing the work, when they are coming, and get it in writing. Lesson learned. Now Juan needs to figure our if his employee is a liar or a fool. read more

Aside from when the carpets were brand new they have never looked so clean. The carpets were also not too wet afterward which was really nice, didn't take too long to dry.
