I don't remember the guys name, but there was a younger guy that helped us immediately and he was the friendliest, most honest auto shop guy I have ever worked with. He instantly checked out the car and came back in within 10 minutes pointing out all the main concerns, what I could expect in the near future, and what repair costs might look like depending on where I live. There was a lot that I didn't know about this specific car and brand, but he was more than willing to share his personal advice and experiences to help me come to a final decision. My tires were low I had been planning on going to the gas station after but they were filling my tires as I pulled up. Mike was quick to fix the exhaust O2 sensors. I had wanted a Flowmaster exhaust since I've owned the truck. Mike is a highly skilled professional. He had installed the Flowmaster cat back system in an hour. I would recommend Mike's work to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. Friday the 17th of July new update, I had set aside the morning to have Mike install new knock sensors, new knock sensor wiring harness and also a new set of manifold gaskets. Mike, after finishing the work on the engine hooked up a OB2 computer diagnostic testing system and cleared codes. The light is off on the dash and I couldn't be happier. I had a broken passenger window due to attempted car theft, and Robert was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. We played phone tag for about a week or so due to my busy schedule but Robert was always so willing to work around the chaotic schedule. Finally, I was able to have the work done and it took about an hour. Fast and efficient! The mechanics understood the assignment and handled everything perfectly and correctly. I was able to get in and out without an issue, and still was able to do the rest of my errands right before picking my kid from school. Moral of the story don't recommend them to install auto glass.
