They diagnosed me needing wheel bearing on the front of my 2014 Corolla on BOTH sides and needing to replace both my control arms. This would have costed me almost $3000. I called Robert and Auto Doctors and asked how much for all the work and I was quoted about half the cost. Once the car was at Auto Doctors, they did a diagnostic and said that all I neded was one wheel hub. So rather than spending $3000 on parts and labor from an over-inflated price gouger, I spent less than $500 on a GREAT SHOP. Jason the owner and Robert his service writer are awesome.

I bet everyone that owns a Jeep either knows James or has heard of him. One of my biggest fears about moving from GA to FL was having to find someone that I could trust to have the knowledge and work ethics that James Carr has. Before leaving GA I took Nadine to him and asked him to give her a complete checkup and he did. He explained everything he found and what he recommended be addressed immediately and what could be addressed down the road. I trusted James completely and didn't wanna worry about anything down the road and gave him the go ahead and addressed everything. Inability to communicate with Lincoln customer, 2) Inability to honestly communicate with Lincoln customer, 3) Problematic oversight of service for customers Lincolns. We dropped our Lincoln off for simple routine service late September. Our Lincoln sat on the OC Welch lot for ten-days with zero service completed. No one from the dealership has explained why that occurred. We asked for three service items (through their on-line service portal) 1) burned out front door speaker, 2) oil service, and 3) tire rotation. Communication issues - I emailed the son of the owner in mid-September for his assistance with our Lincoln service. He never replied to my email. I then emailed the owner who did respond and assist - thank you. I had to call each week to find out the status of the service. I called twice the second week because no one responded to my vmail the previous day. One of the unprofessional issues was when the service tech called me final day. His tone was arrogant and he was dishonest about the service issues. Unacceptable. Bottom line - OC Welch Lincoln service department jerked us around so much they lost not only a continuing service customer but also a new Lincoln sale.

Later we received a call saying the problem had been completely fixed. When we arrived, we paid for the repair and were about to leave when my husband decided to quickly check the lights before pulling out of the lot. They still were not working. He immediately went back inside to let them know the issue had not actually been fixed. Unfortunately, they refused to refund us even though the problem we paid to have repaired was clearly still there. So we ended up paying for a service that did not resolve the issue we brought the vehicle in for. I've honestly never experienced anything like this before. If a repair doesn't fix the problem, it seems reasonable that it should either be corrected or refunded. I wanted to share this experience so others are aware.
