Vipertech damaged our property and have decided to do nothing about it (see photos attached). We hired ViperTech Mobile Carpet Cleaning to steam all of our carpet and clean our tile. The technician showed up on time, however, worked extremely fast and damaged our property in the process. The carpet was not steam cleaned properly and our carpet smelled after it was done. After a back and forth conversation with Andrew (The Owner), he agreed that the work was so bad that is was best to refund us the charge for the work they did. However, he said that he is not going to fix anything if the charge is refunded. This is absolutely absurd, especially when ViperTech Mobile Carpet Cleaning ruined our furniture (see stain on our couch), kitchen cabinets, our tile, and wooden floors (see photos). The work done on our house was absolutely sloppy and done with complete carelessness. I thought to myself that maybe the technician was having a bad day, so I made sure to give Andrew at ViperTech a chance to make it right before I post any reviews. When people trust you to come to their home and you damage their property, you are RESPONSIBLE. Since my last inquiry, he has blocked my profile on Facebook so that I do not post any reviews on ViperTechs Mobile Carpet Cleaning Facebook page. I would never recommend this company to anyone. He verified the information that I gave them on the phone for the 3 rugs I wanted cleaned. Then they took the rugs outside to clean then at our request as we didn't want to chance damaging the wood floors under the rug. They were able to remove the wine stains from the large rug. I haven't received the silk rug back as that has to be done on their premise. I only wish we'd have asked them to come back to bring the rug in. An 11x 14 wool rug was a bit much for us to handle. We will definitely be using these folks again and again and would recommend them without reservation.
