Had an appointment for 9am no communication and called them at 9:30, said they would be here by 10. Then rescheduled to 10:40, looked on their tracker app and at 10:30 he was still over 20 minutes away and not moving. I text them and told them to cancel and as any good business does they never called of responded. I understand running late but no communication is a bad business practice. read more

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT get service completed by this company. I reached out to them to clean my area rug, sofa, & 2 decorative chairs. I expressed that I was worried about the cleaning because the rug and chairs were white. I asked if they had experience with cleaning white rugs/chairs and they responded, "yes". I also expressed that the items were fairly expensive, so I wanted to be sure that they had the proper skills & cleaning supplies to get the job done. I again was reassured. I made an appointment for someone to come out at 9am on 09/03/24. I received a call that same morning at 7:30am expressing that they would need to reschedule to another day/time due to an emergency with the cleaning tech. I understand that emergencies happen, but it speaks volumes of the company when you do not have back-up staff or plans in place for situations as such. It's inconsiderate to the customers that have taken off of work to get this cleaning service done. To add more fuel to the fire, the tech arrived on the rescheduled day & completed the job (super nice guy by the way), but I immediately noticed a blue hue on my chairs. I asked him what it was & if that would go away. He said that it just needed to dry. I respected his recommendation & waited 24hrs for everything to dry. I checked everything the next day and noticed that my 2 decorative chairs both had a large brown spot on them, as if, the cleaning solution used was dirty. I immediately reached back out to the company to see if this could be fixed. I was told the manger would reach out. Troy (manager) reached out & said he could fix the problem, but needed to order special solution because the pH of the chair was affected. I trusted that he would do what he said and correct the problem, especially seeing how I paid for a service that left me displeased. Today is 09/21/24 and Troy (manager) has yet to offer a refund, fix the chairs, or return my call/text. Word of mouth is a powerful thing and I will be sure to spread the word about this place. Chris was fantastic. Very professional & thorough. The house looks great & carpet is like new again. But... he said it would dry in about an hour. Four hours later, completely wet. Soaks when I walk on it. Will this ever dry? NEXT DAY: $800 later and there are still 3 urine stains on the carpet. Wasted money. read more

We had an area of 205 sq ft as measured by the technician. Their website said we could get cleaning for $110 for an area of up to 450 sq ft. The tech then told me it would be $160. My wife made the appointment so I was unaware what the price was. I told the tech to go ahead, but then my wife told me what the price should be, I went ballistic. The company tried to claim that it might be due to "high traffic" areas. These two rooms totaling 205 sq ft are hardly used there were some stains on the carpet, but the total area is less than half what was offered on the website. This is bait and switch. Honestly, I wish I could give zero stars. I carefully selected this company for cleaning our high quality rug that our old cat peed on. Their technician was pleasant and ensured they would take care of the issues I described. They took the rug offsite at my request and returned it one week later, soaking wet when we unrolled it the following day. The dye from the rug was bleeding into the fringe and it was covered in a soapy residue. It took four days to air dry in our home and is completely destroyed. I've followed up via phone call several times, texting several times with them as well. I requested they refund the cost of cleaning ($360) and also cover the purchase price of a replacement rug. I have asked several times in writing, as well as verbally each time I spoke with their agents on the phone, for the owner to call me and requested they come to inspect the rug themselves. I provided a video of the wet rug transferring dye, and shared pictures of the rug, the original purchase tag, and an estimated invoice for replacing a similar rug of the same size from the same company where we purchased the original rug two years ago ($1005). The company representative was rude to me, talked over me many times, and insisted that there's no way the rug was wet- despite my videos showing otherwise- implying that I was lying! I am losing hope that the company will follow up on their 100% satisfaction guarantee and their promises on their site specifically that colors will not run. read more

I found Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning online. Their website had a promotion for 600 Sq Feet for only $109. When Chris showed up, he was very friendly and professional... HOWEVER, I have never seen a sales person with such an up-charge approach. I advised him I needed two rooms and an area rug cleaned and it totaled 534 Sq Feet, thereby falling in line with their promotion of $109. He sat down and computed what he found the cost to be which was $605... I only had three small pet stains on the area rug, it was not as if my entire carpet was stained. When I told him I would move the beds and furniture to be able to do the entire floor in the two bedrooms, he said no, he didnt have time to do that. I then said well if you're not going to allow me to move furniture then the 534 Sr Ft is really only around 200 Sq Ft or less if he was going to only clean around the furniture. So he said that he would drop the price to $400. I advised him absolutely not. He asked me what I could do, and I told him the promotion that Safe Dry has listed at $109. He told me that he would not recommend it as it's their bare minimum cleaning. I told him their advertisement does not say that, and that would be false advertisement. So to just told him NO.
