I had to schedule a follow up visit that was just supposed to be ear follow up and 2 vaccines that my dog was due. First of all they have 3 receptionists and it took a ridiculous amount of time to check in. Then the receptionist brought in a piece of paper with literally 10 things on it and gave me an "estimate" of well over $500! I was like my dog was here 3 weeks ago and this should just be his vaccines and a follow up. After narrowing it down the cost would be $250. Ok fine. I did decide to add a fecal test after the fact when I looked at my digs records and saw he was due one. Get to the register after the visit and they start going thru everything I was being charged for. One of those things was the flu vaccine (which by the way is sneakily called CIV and was not explained to me prior to consent). I did NOT want my dog to have that vaccine and of course it was $50. My total was $380! For a follow up on his ear and his yearly vaccines. This place seems to be going in an unethical direction and I'm so very disappointed. The vets are great but this is shady.

She assured me that they were a "no fear office" & could treat the cat by using a burrito technique, net or muzzle if needed. She got us in right away. The Dr was able to examine, give an antibiotic shot & flea/tick treatment quickly. I have no idea why the other vet wouldn't have the same things to use. I'm pretty sure most cats aren't excited to be at the vets?! I'm so thankful for VCAs compassion & prompt treatment!

No one was aware she had got out of the pen until the postman told the receptionists there was a dog loose in the parking lot. She ran off because she was afraid when they tried to catch her. It was over 4 hours before she was found by an individual behind Taco Bueno. I was told they were aware there were holes in the outside fence. My question is why did they not have such a small dog on a leash if they were letting her out to potty? And if that is not the reason for her to be out in the fenced area, she still should have been on a leash and supervised!

When I got off work at 7 pm I went to pick him up. When I arrived at about 7:15, I got to the door and a man answered, and told me they would need "20 or 30 more minutes, probably more". I left, came back at 8pm. When I was greeted at the door, the first thing the woman said was "so I'm not finished yet" and I followed her as she went to get my dog. She hands him to me, the ONLY thing that had been done to him was his back was SHAVED. He hadn't had a bath, nails trimmed, teeth brushed, a hair cut, nothing. Literally the only difference was that his back had no hair. When she handed him to me she says "I think something is wrong with my clippers, but I've tried all of them so I don't think it's the clippers". I truly don't know what took 6 hours, but I do not recommend. On top of everything, Benji's collar/tag was left there, and I have tried to contact Sara 3/4 times and I have been blatantly ignored every message I have sent. It even says that she has read each message and she just hasn't responded refusing to give me the collar back.
