Supporting local businesses is important to me, and I wanted to give them a chance. Well, not only did my friend get a lovely arrangement delivered the same day (and at the time they'd promised), but the customer service was wonderful. It was such an unexpected delight speaking to the person who took my order (I think it was the owner; he said he'd been in business there for one year). Scott Florists really dropped the ball when we tried to use them to send flowers to my mother for her 96th birthday. I live in a different state, and my mother lived in a nursing home, so there were plenty of opportunities to screw up, and Scott found each and every one. Her flowers were NOT delivered. Not on time, not the right arrangement, not on her birthday, nor the next day, or even the "next, next day." Not at all!! MY MOTHER NEVER GOT THE FLOWERS WE  SENT FOR HER 96th BIRTHDAY! And, were we informed of the failed delivery by Scott's that same day, so that something could be done, some substitution arranged? No! Were we informed of their failure to deliver in a timely manner at all, so a substitution could be arranged? Hell no! Were we offered at least, after their failure to properly fulfill our order, a substitution or an apology? FUCK NO. We found out from PayPal TWO DAYS LATER, two days after her birthday, that her flowers never arrived. PayPal sent us back a refund, but we didn't hear from Scott Florists until after the refund had been submitted, days later. If we had been informed in a timely manner, we could have made other arrangements.  We could have come up with something else, some other way to honor her on her 96th birthday, but we were left in the dark. To date, we have only received a refund (no thanks to Scott's for that either, PayPal arranged that): no apology, no attempt to make a substitution, just uncaring, unprofessional silence. My family has used Scott's for decades, but this was it. My mother never received anything on her 96th birthday from her only son and his fiance, not even a lousy blade of fake grass, thanks to Scott Florists' incompetence and unprofessionalism, and she never will in the future: she died a month later. Yelp's scoring doesn't go into negative numbers, because I would for damn sure use them if it did! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEN OF THIEVES!! read more

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day 3 days early. Over $100. Order was never sent and my card was still charged. Tried to call and nobody answers. Now my mother got flowers from another company a day late. Not happy. read more

I bought my prom flowers here! I like the many options the store has to offer and the soothing music that play when you walk in, plus the comfortable couch. The only thing that I disliked was the confirmation call on the day off pick up which worried me. The flowers were not done when I got to the store and it got me upset that I had to sit and wait for about 15 minutes. The flowers are fresh and I got to see the building process of a corsage. My prom date liked them, and I will be going there again soon. read more

This floral shop is small but they are always able to fulfill orders or create something as equally beautiful as what you imagined in your mind. I honestly dont come here often because i dont need to buy flowers regularly but i have visited several times since HS in 2006 for my prom corsage, mothers day flowers, graduation flowers for my friends, and beautiful treats to myself. They have a sweet staff and seem so eager to help love it. read more

Was very excited to give them a great review and then they lost my order. I came in to place an order for Mother's Day and was told they were backed up at least an hour with orders already placed. I should've known then that there would be a problem. But I ordered anyway and was told I could pick up in a few hours. I called and was told that my three bouquets were ready. But when I get there they can't find my third arrangement. I couldn't believe it. How do you make an arrangement then lose it in two hours? It's a shame because you want to support black businesses but unfortunately they lost my business forever. read more

It's a small shop, very nice and neat. Nothing negative I can say about it. The guy there is very welcoming. I bought a single rose, cost me $7 but trust me when I saw the rose all wrapped up it was worth it. The flowers there are fresh, and well taken care.
