They hung a large picture in our guest room. Then they replaced the doors for our outside shed. 2. Additionally, they fixed the handrail heading to our basement. Since moving to Maryland, we've used a number of handypeople. They always estimate low and then add many additional charges. Burtons gave me an estimate and then presented me with a Bill that was LOWER than the estimate. I paid the original estimate amount, beuase that felt fair at the time. I have had him assemble complex furniture, cut down the height of my sideboard, hang a ceiling lamp, etc. He is always precise- leveling the furniture after assembly for instance- and careful with dropcloths etc. Not to mention easy to work with and great at communicating technical issues and options (such as how to best hide wall lamp cords depending on my apartment's limitations on drilling too many holes in the walls).
