I had THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience here while trying to have a notary bond signed for my commission renewal. From the moment I walked in, the woman at the counter was visibly annoyed and treated me like an inconvenience. Despite being polite, I was met with immediate hostility. She refused to notarize my document because my ID includes my middle name while the bond only had my first and last. As a notary myself, I knew this was incorrect, but she refused to listen. I confirmed this later with the Secretary of State, who explicitly stated she was wrong. When I called back to give them a chance to fix the mistake, she told me she was "too busy" for me to return, even though they were open for another hour. Her incompetence and rude attitude caused me to miss a critical filing deadline before the holiday break. I will never use this business again and will be filing a formal complaint with the Secretary of State's office regarding her conduct and lack of required knowledge. Very good service. VERY good. They listen to what your shipping or mailing needs are and provide you with excellent customer service. What matters is providing a service with the client in mind and they work with you to get you what you need. They also do amazing gift wrapping if you ever need that service as well. With regard to Amazon, they don't do the QR code drop off item thing, but they do take boxed Amazon returns along with UPS, FedEx and USPS. read more

I originally yelped Fed Ex as I had to print the label and was literally on my way there when I drove past The Mail Room. I pulled in and saw their different offerings listed on the window hoping they had a computer for public use. I asked the nice lady behind the counter if she had a place where I can print something from my email and she said I'd be able to email it to her and she would be happy to do it for me! So awesome! Just went here today for some high maintenance requests. For work, I had to send a credit card to my boss's brother in Bali and also send a stack of photo prints locally. A mail room isn't usually the kind of place one gets very excited about, but the guy working there was just so great on a day when I really needed some help. He was very friendly and polite and so considerate about the mess of things I needed help with. Plus, I always appreciate some good entertainment; he was sharing stories of customs issues people have trying to ship used clothes to Europe. Moral of the story being, never leave an article of clothing behind in another country because they won't get through customs. read more
