I love the fact that they are always so helpful. I mail everything from here! (Actually, come to think of it, I frequent this place A LOT). Mail & Parcel Express is the only place I go to mail packages. They offer UPS, FedEx, and US Mail services, all in one friendly place. I went in today to mail several holiday packages, and was in and out very quickly. Their computer saves all the addresses where you mail packages, so everyone's info was in the computer from last year, making it a very streamlined and quick process. They also offer packing services, which is super convenient. Everyone who works at this location is friendly and welcoming. They took excellent care of our mail, and contacted us every time something unusual needed attention--even for a time after our contract expired. They were "on our side"! I have used this business for several years. I love the proximity to my home and the fact that I never have to wait for service. However I have discovered recently that if you encounter any problems with a package's delivery they aren't much help. I paid $18 for a package to be delivered in 2-3 days (I am aware this isn't guaranteed) and the tracking 10 days later shows it never was "accepted" by the post office. Mail and Parcel told me to deal with the post office (which I am doing) but also denied me a refund for the $18 I spent to have the package mailed. I paid for a service, they did not deliver. The post office won't refund me the $18 because I didn't pay them. Certainly some responsibility must lie with this business? I am very disappointed and frustrated. I dread going to the post office for my mailing needs in the future but no longer see a benefit to patronizing this particular business if they don't stand by their customers when service has failed. read more

I read all the reviews so went here today to ship several large packages. Steven was working and he couldn't have been more helpful, kind and just the best service. The reviews are all true, this is a bit of hike from where I live, but I will go there to get the good service, knowing they'll do a great job packaging and shipping my items and make the entire interaction enjoyable. These owners know how to run a business!!! They also know everything about packaging and shipping. You can literally take any item in there, large, small, breakable, odd shaped...etc.. and he will figure out how to ship it. Friendly, knowledgable, fast, what more could you want?
