I had one run-in with WashClub, and honestly, that was more than enough. This company is incredibly self-absorbed, rude and unconcerned so don't expect any cooperation from them. It's all about their interests, nothing else. The quality of their service is terrible, and you'd be better off finding the time to do it yourself. The prices are unreasonable and just not worth what you get in return. Although it's a cool idea, this company really drops the ball when it comes to customer service. They act like you owe them something and expect you to just accept what they're offering. This place is amazing, Joe, the owner, has been patient multiple times when I've had to swap my cards due to lost wallets or fraudulent charges, they always return the clothes the next day folded and well washed for you. Today, Joe went above and beyond because they missed my clothes for pick up and it rained last night so they got wet, and he said that they would wash them at no charge for me. I highly recommend this business. Joe has even gone as far as to text and call me personally when things have needed to get sorted out on their end or on mine. Missed the pick up and drop off windows, but that's not what really concerns me on this first try with this company. I got three shirts that were not mine! And while I think I got all of my clothes, if they can give me someone else's clothes, well, you do the math... We have used Wash Club Phx 3 or 4 times. Once we received someone else's laundry, another time we sent it back because it was damp and didn't smell clean and this time our laundry was dropped off at another customers house. We also received an extra pair of socks this time. I always wonder if we are getting back all we sent. It's doubtful. They are always late, the laundry never comes when promised. Other then that they haven't been bad. I will not be using them again, but if you do I recommend taking photos of the items you send. So you can cross check that you're getting all your clothes back. read more

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Corresponding with WashClub Phoenix is absolutely horrendous. They often do not respond to messages during advertised business hours (the phone either rings with no pickup or they send customers straight to voicemail during advertised business hours). I've had to remind them to pickup and deliver my laundry as specified in my order confirmation TWICE. Finally, managers (such as Jasmine), do not take responsibility for any negligence--even when presented with evidence. I've learned my lesson. I will never do business with this company again, and I recommend that others look elsewhere for more competent service. read more

I had a blanket sitting around that really needed to go to the laundromat but I just didn't have the time. These guys hooked me up and the total was barely more than if I actually went to the laundromat since I would have had to use the biggest super expensive machine. They are super nice, they show up when they're scheduled, and they give you a free laundry bag with your first order. I'm glad I took the risk with them even though they had no reviews. read more

I used it once and they mixed my laundry up with someone else, I was constantly having to reach out to them for updates on where my stuff was and sev weeks later I still don't have it all back. I had decided to use a laundry service and found WashClub Phoenix. They seemed to have good reviews and I saw their news segment so I thought I would give them a try. We used them twice and both times were a bad experience. I do not recommend them and frankly, after my experience with their service, I am hesitant to ever use a laundry service again. We had our own laundry bags but they made us purchase theirs. I was fine with that since they were going to be providing us with a wonderful service. Our first time using them, they didn't arrive during their pick up window so I had to reschedule. They were hard to get ahold of but I was finally able to arrange for them to come out the next day. They dropped off our clothes at the designated time but when I went to unpack our clothes I noticed a lot of them didn't look right. Most of our clothes had shrunk and my dresses were faded. I have no idea how that even happened. I only gave them stuff that we had washed plenty of times and could be washed in a washer. My favorite black sweater was now too small for me despite me owning and washing it for years. A lot of my clothes came back in worse condition than I sent them but it was really convenient though to have my clothes cleaned and folded so I stupidly decided to give them another chance. Our second experience was bad from pick up and on. My white clothes came back so dirty that I ended up having to bleach them multiple times to make them usable again. Our clothes once again came back in worse condition than we sent them and this time they were somehow dirtier then when we packed them up and they had a bad smell. I had to wash everything again myself. The pick up and drop off this time were both problematic. Someone showed up to pick up our clothes hours before our window. Thankfully I was ready and gave them to her. Then someone else showed up after our window to pick up our clothes and confusion ensued about where our clothes were. When it was the day of our drop off, I waited well past our drop off window before reaching out to see where our clothes were. I couldn't get ahold of anyone except via email. They told me the driver was running behind as they were short staffed. No worries, that's been happening so we just let it go. Fast forward to later in the evening and we get a knock at the door. It's our clothes, finally arriving. The driver then informs me that the driver who had my delivery just didn't do it and they finally found my clothes sitting in the back of a truck. I decided the stress of using them and the cost of repairing their bad service was too much and I reached out to advise I no longer wanted to use their service. I reached out multiple times to try to return their bags but never once got a response. Please don't waste your time and money on WashClub Phoenix. read more
