We needed a sewage cleanup on a dirt basement. One of the pipes broke. This company said they could…read moreNOT provide an estimated quote beforehand, but we went ahead with their service anyway. This was our first mistake. Long story short, they were there for several hours going in and out of the basement, disseminating lime, then left. We had someone observing the technicians the whole time. The invoice claimed they were there for 16.5 hrs, that the technicians DUG UP the dirtied soil and disposed of it. None of this was true. As stated, we had someone observing to ensure our interests were protected. A second mistake was not video recording the process. We were essentially charged over $3,500 for the sprinkling of lime (which costs less than $10 for 50 lbs at Home Depot by the way). We reached out to the operations manager with this complaint. We felt we had been scammed and even reported it to the credit card company. He rebuffed and threatened to put a lien on the property and cc'd the lawyers. Please get a quote or a free consultation prior to the service. A reputable company will not do this!

Today 3/17 I talked with Andrew the project manager who told me Chris told him he no longer wanted the job on Friday 3/14 but no one called me I had to find out by calling them. They came quickly, throughly remediated water in basement. Put fans and heaters to help dry out leftover water. Josh was great at keeping me informed of the whole process, and was great at follow up. Because they acted so quickly there was no mold or damage to the basement. Walls and baseboards saved! Highly recommend them.
