They poured concrete (where our outdoor kitchen will go), laid turf and did a super cute walkway from the back to the side yard. They extended our drip line so I could plant on the back and opposite side yard. They guided us the whole way, from gopher wire, to rocks, to weed barrier. We brought ARC in to help us develop a strategy to mitigate moisture intrusion into our garage and improve overall drainage around the property. The scope included tying our downspouts directly into new drains, excavating four feet of soil from a planter opposite the garage wall and waterproofing it, and improving site drainage throughout. In addition, they installed new irrigation valves and valve boxes, drip irrigation, and a Rachio controller. They also finished the project with weed fabric and decorative rock, which really cleaned up the look of the space. ARC was easy to work with, responsive to requested changes, and professional throughout the process. While the long-term moisture performance will take more time to fully evaluate, we appreciate their effort and would absolutely consider working with them again for future landscaping projects.

The marble, gold accents, and Kohler fixtures are absolutely gorgeous and give the space such an elevated, timeless feel. Eddie was our foreman and was extremely attentive and pleasant to work with. Same goes for the entire crew who worked so hard, showing up on time Monday through Saturday, and their attention to detail really shows in the finished result. They will never move onto the next step before consulting with me on placement and how I liked it. I was extremely happy that I did not need to micro-manage since I know that I am very particular and attentive to design and details. You can tell they take pride in their work. Every little corner and finish was done so carefully. Dor (project manager) and Avi (owner) were also AMAZING to work with. From the start, Dor never pressured us into signing any contracts right away, adding things that didn't make sense, nor did he ever make us feel like we were wasting his time. Prior to getting a quote from Lusso, another company gave a whole spiel about them losing money every time they went out to quote a potential client. Then they said that if they left our house without us signing a contract then we wouldn't get any discount. Not only did it make us feel really uncomfortable and horrible but their prices were ridiculous compared to Lusso. No matter what time of day it was, Dor & Avi responded right away. They are great communicators and made the whole process smooth and stress-free, always checking in without ever pressuring us into anything. We felt comfortable the entire way through, and that meant so much. The only regret that I had was not doing this sooner since I'm pregnant in my 3rd trimester. We're beyond happy that they finished so quick with 2 months to spare before our baby comes so that we can truly enjoy our dual shower. We love how everything turned out and so grateful to the whole team for making our dream bathroom come true. Work started on the day he said it would, his workers were neat and cleaned up the jobsite after each day. All of the crews were there on the day he said they would be and the work was done professionally. I was very happy with all that was done.
