You have to wait in the line but the staff was courteous and quick. Again, a quick park out front had me in/out quickly.

Given the year is 2025, it's disappointing to experience such microaggressions. Nordstrom Rack, consider hiring staff who provide better customer service at this location.

She handled me with grace and made me feel comfortable. While I was deciding on a $1,550 dress and $450 veil, the owner made 2 comments that didn't sit with me well regarding the dress "It's your size and there aren't many options in your size," and then, as I stepped aside to make a phone call, added, "I need to know what you're going to do because I have to write this up." The pressure and tone were unnecessary and disappointing. There were also no price tags, and asking for prices resulted in vague responses. "It's Couture and expensive" In the end, I paid $50 to try on only a couple of dresses and left feeling rushed, limited, and discouraged. Curvier brides should be aware that the inclusivity and sensitivity you expect may not be what you experience here.

There are fewer customer service counters in each department. There is one main counter dedicated solely for returns; however, specific items (skincare, cosmetics) should be returned to the corresponding counter. The service isn't the greatest either, I was told to go to multiple counters back and forth to return an item, until a manager from the shoe department finally completed the return. They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. Since this location is relatively smaller (than other nearby Macy's), it is easier to navigate through the different departments.

Needless to say I never received a call back. I ended up calling explaining my situation to the manager and being told there was nothing to be done to accommodate me. I would say I'm hesitant to return and if I do I would not buy any luxury/designer handbags... Only I terms maybe under $30-40 dollars or whatever you are willing to gamble with. Wish they could have provided better service.
