At the main entrance they had a table full of earrings and other jewelries with sale signs. This is definitely a great way to draw people in! They have a wonderful selection of Indian clothes (mostly lehengas) and jewelry. Muna, my consultant, was amazing -- kind, patient, and truly the only reason I considered purchasing a gown. I'm 5'2" and a size 16-18, and only two dresses fit me. She handled me with grace and made me feel comfortable. While I was deciding on a $1,550 dress and $450 veil, the owner made 2 comments that didn't sit with me well regarding the dress "It's your size and there aren't many options in your size," and then, as I stepped aside to make a phone call, added, "I need to know what you're going to do because I have to write this up." The pressure and tone were unnecessary and disappointing. There were also no price tags, and asking for prices resulted in vague responses. "It's Couture and expensive" In the end, I paid $50 to try on only a couple of dresses and left feeling rushed, limited, and discouraged. To…read morestart, I had a very bad sales representative who took incorrect measurements, gave me incorrect information and started this mess which the owner and designer had little intention of fixing. The measurements for my bust were way too small. My chest was spilling out during the wedding and even after attempts and requests to fix the issue, the designer told me if I made any further alterations it would become a completely different dress than her design concept and would not do it. The sales rep told me the alterations were included , it was not, although I did like my seamstress and she did her best. Still it was on Me for not reading the contract, because it clearly was not included. The sales rep was incorrect in the timeline which made this all rushed. She said it could be done in 3/4 months which I was later told was very uncommon and likely lead to some of these issues. The sales rep I initially worked with was fired, but Zaaka had little interest in making up for these issues. What bothers me is all this with the veil cost almost $10,000 which is a lot for a dress and in the end, I didn't look great. The entire wedding I felt insecure because of the spillage in my chest, and the bodice being too tight. It was just too expensive to three years later still wish I went in a different direction.

I returned a pair of shoes that I had not used, yet the assistant manager, Oprah, treated me with complete disrespect and accused me of wearing them. I politely asked her to walk with me to the shoe department to compare the condition of the returned shoes to others on the shelf -- many of which were slightly dirty underneath just like the pair I returned. She flat-out refused. Not because she was too busy, but because she knew I was right and still wanted to be rude about it. She yelled at me in front of other customers, saying the only option I had was store credit -- even though I had the receipt and paid with my debit card. I have never used those shoes, and I was being honest. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism, she was confrontational and disrespectful. I've shopped at Ross for years, but this was enough to make me never return to this location again. If this is how they treat honest customers, I can't imagine how they treat actual issues. Completely unacceptable.

The layout feels like you need to know exactly what you are getting in here, or set aside time to allow you to freely wander in here. My stop, to use the facilities, took a bit longer than I expected. I have never been here before, and this was not a good thing. I ended up parking in what I thought was the middle of the mall, however, not knowing where the restrooms were, I ended up walking for a while. What was interesting was when I did finally find the restrooms, if I would have used one of the other entrances nearby, it would have been a much quicker stop. But I wouldn't have had the zombie vibe.

The service isn't the greatest either, I was told to go to multiple counters back and forth to return an item, until a manager from the shoe department finally completed the return. They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. Since this location is relatively smaller (than other nearby Macy's), it is easier to navigate through the different departments.
