What a great find!…read more We enjoyed the beet salad 10/10, beet chips 7/10, the ranch burger 8/10 , the spicy mushroom mozza burger 10/10, and the Mr. chicken panino 10/10! There is an abundant selection of beverages too. Everything was delicious and I would order them again! The service was prompt, kind and the manager made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal.

What a lovely sweet find along 10 Ave! Was in the area for medical travel and found this burger…read morespot across from MEC. The ranch burger and milkshake would of been more than enough for me (as that was a very hefty burger!) but also tried their smash browns (big potato chunks crisped up and super delicious enough to take home the remainder). I really liked the layout and lighting in the restaurant but as an added bonus, there is also a patio out back (I think you still need to go inside to order at the counter though) and free 3 hr parking for those eating there. I didn't realize about the parking until after I was done my appointment (that would of saved me from struggling with paying for parking on an old iphone that doesn't like indigo QR links...). So now I know for next trip to Calgary this is the spot to stop. Also, just an extra nod to the the two working (I believe they both were owners). Super friendly, will chat or leave you to enjoy your meal and really went the extra step with bringing out the good hot sauce and ketchup even before the meal was ready.

Sometimes you just want a yummy, quick and comforting sandwich! This was my first time here. I…read moreordered online and it was ready almost immediately! I know the name is PB & J but my sandwich came with almond butter (mmmmm!) but I asked for it without. It was delicious. I felt a little sacrilegious for getting it without any kind of peanut butter or almond butter when that is why you come here...but I got to tell you it was delicious. The menu has options with or without and you can always modify or add (additional ingredients are an added price). I'll definitely be coming back!

So my brother suggested some thing strange a place that did Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I thought this was a bit bizarre because im wondering how place that does peanut butter and jelly survives financially. Here's the thing they do the sandwiches in a panini griller which was a new concept We both got the strawberry jam and peanut butter and i got small tomato soup on line. the sandwiches were very comforting and really good. As for the tomato soup it actually tasted like red pepper soup which was even better given the change in weather Calgary receieved. Acouple of things to note make sure you have napkins for peanut butter and jam as the jam does tend to spurt out of the sandwich but not a big thing also a small soup is more than enough cure any hunger that you might have. All in all a nice way to end day one of the Calgary trip

Lovely independent spot to grab a homemade breakfast or lunch in Gulf Canada Square. In addition to…read moresome sandwich and salad staples, they have rotating weekly features of different hot dishes and soups. On this visit, I tried the mac and cheese and beef/barley soup. The soup was warm and inviting with real beef. But, the real highlight was the mac and cheese: extra creamy made with real cheddar cheese and topped with buttery homemade croutons. For the portions provided, $10 is more than fair for well-prepared comfort food!

They offer two fresh soups every day which are clearly not canned and made from scratch. They also offer a different special every day of the week that can be supplemented with a salad or a small soup. These specials range from clubhouse sandwiches, to spring roll on vermicelli, to mac n' cheese (scratch made). One of my go-to places for lunches and as a soup connoisseur they are able to beat out most places by providing homemade soups instead of the typical generic Campbell's stuff you find in most delis. One thing I would like is for them to switch up and try their hand at making other soups because I have been here so many times the soups are getting slightly old (but still tastier and better value than Sunterra) TLDR: Soups good, specials can be good, sandwiches fresh, salad available.
