This review is long overdue. I pulled in here for brakes while visiting Knoxville for a wedding…read morelast August. Not only was the much needed brake service on my wife's GX470 reasonably priced and professionally performed, the personal attention while waiting from Mike, the manager, was invaluable.: I told him about a tire on the vehicle that continuously lost air, but every tire dealer/shop could not diagnose the cause. He suggested having them unseat the tire from the wheel, reseat it and replace the valve stem. Bingo! That fixed the issue permanently. I also told him about my Chevy S10 that wouldn't crank after replacing the fuel lines to the fuel pump and that local mechanics were perplexed. He suggested that I replace the fuel filter, even though it had already been replaced recently. Bingo again! This one visit saved me lots of money and relieved lots of headaches. I'll look for reasons to visit Knoxville whenever I need any service that this place offers. Mike is The Man! Thank you Mike! I would note a few things: there is no bathroom facilities in the event you need to bring a child with you or may have need of one yourself. There isn't a fountain or drink vending machine. I would add that I am pleased with a job other than my vehicle being greasy on the door,steering wheel, and seat. Black grease really shows on a gray interior. After repeated attempts to request the paperwork for the work which they performed, they will not return our calls AND the car has an oil pan leak which the mechanics are telling me is due to the oil pan not being sealed after the engine was replaced. No paperwork, no response and shoddy workmanship plus we paid $3250 for their work and they don't have the courtesy to call us back? I would not trust this business with another car!!!!! My rating is negative 100 stars!!!!!
