I went in looking for a blender for my project and found it right away. John was very helpful, friendly and obviously loves what he does. The shop has a good selection of solids and blenders as well as some Riley Blake. He just opened last August so is still in the process of accumulating inventory but there is lots to choose from. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quilting help as well. While I was browsing, a woman came in looking for a starting point and John encouraged her to come in for the free sew so he could help her get started. The shop is welcoming and as he is building it up, I highly encourage anyone looking for blenders, notions, patterns, batting etc to go in. I bought several great blenders and a cute novelty fabric. His cuts are very generous! And he gave me a gift for coming in! Go in and find your blenders, solids and you too can get a very useful gift!

The welcoming nature and conversation of the owner and the staff drew me in and I instantly felt welcome. (And like I'd known him for a long time! :) ) Outside you'll find garden pieces and furniture with a beautiful patina. I love the birdbaths and the plant stands...they inspire me to add more charm to my garden...after it cools down outside, maybe I'll select something to do just that. Inside there are nice pieces of furniture and art, lots of honeyed wood with as much charm and style as the proprietor. I was looking for something non- furniture, but I'm still glad I stopped in. I'll definitely be back around to see what's new and chat! TIP: Shady street parking with meters is available just in front of the shoppe off Sherman Way. If you're on Sherman Way and you hit Canoga, you just missed it!

He gave me a fair price and an approximate window when he would be available for the work. True to his word, he called me a while later to let me know it was my turn. Once he laid eyes on the suitcase, he talked me through the different ways in which he could attempt the repair. I greatly appreciated this and felt very confident in his abilities because of this. The repair of the suitcase handle, replacement really, was done so well you can't even tell any repair was done. A Master craftsman in my opinion.

Right at the entrance, a large glass sphere immediately caught my eye and set the tone for the rest of the space. The showroom is beautifully curated, with a range of unique pieces, from decorative objects to wall panels. all thoughtfully designed and crafted. While browsing, I discovered the Liquid Metal Platter and instantly knew I had to have it. Made of hand-blown glass with a titanium coating, it reflects light in the most stunning way. Its fluid, metallic look shifts with the lighting, and it's now the centerpiece of my coffee table. Modern, artistic, and completely unique, I've already gotten several compliments. What I love about Plus Object is that their work feels more like art than decor. Every piece is distinctive and beautifully made. I had used Horowitz & Brooks in the past to repair some small items and was always satisfied…read more Recently, I brought them a large Russian Lacquer Box. Unfortunately, the sun had damaged the artwork on the lid and the image had cracked and a piece had broken off. I called and asked if they could do repairs on such an item, and they said they could. The very nature of lacquer boxes is layers upon layers of paint and lacquer so I knew it would take time and I was happy to wait. I picked it up yesterday and they did an absolutely wonderful job. You cannot see where the repair was made, and they recreated the missing piece perfectly. This was not an easy repair, but I am so happy to be able to highly recommend them. I so greatly appreciate all their time and efforts. Your work is amazing. Thank you so much.
