I was just told my my insurance company that tow lots generally charge a daily storage fee. Now I know why they won't answer the phone. We will have to drive 2 hours just to find out how much this bill will be and try to have it towed somewhere else. How do people operate a business like this! I'm extremely frustrated.

Tow service never calls when they arrive or knocks on address door, they just text saying drivers here come outside . I see text 5 minutes after it was sent , spent 20 minutes standing out side in snow . I call and text Bradleys NO ANSWER, I finally give up go in and call VW roadside assistance. VW roadside states driver drove by , did not see anyone standing by car. so he left . ( the car is in the driveway of the address given) Id say " CRAP SERVICE" By Bradey's. I'd also say maybe rest of the 5 star reviews are FAKE
