They worked great as a team. I guess there was some confusion about the bill. I had assumed that because the company had my card numbers it would had been automatically billed. I received a call from a staff member about payment. He was kind enough to tell me about a percentage increase when using a credit card and explained how I was able to pay the bill using a different method. They sent me a link and payment was made in the same hour. I just wish I was told about this before, It would had saved a lot of confusion. Next time I will just pay the service guys cash and save an future confusion.

I have many photos of careless work, failure to clean up not only construction debris , but personal items such as cigarettes, lunch containers, water and cola bottles. Also, at the end of everyday there were screws, screening, etc. left in the bottom of the pool. I had asked for a cover for this exact reason-possible rust stains- and was told that the crew is VERY careful and checks everyday. However, nothing such as a shop vac or even a broom was ever brought to the site. My pool person left several pieces of equipment for scooping out the bottom and she changed the filter to run after work hours throughout the night so the workers could see what needed to be taken out on a daily basis. Then there is the final result- obviously, someone from Lafferty measured incorrectly because after 22 years of a straight back cage wall, I now have a slanted one that, in effect, presents an appearance of an uneven slant that is very noticeable. Also, the vertical bars that abutted each side of the raised fountain area are off kilter- one abuts and the other is about 10" off to the right. I will need to have a new pool deck installed; they don't tell you that they will not follow the original vertical locations nor cover them with the new construction. The first inspection failed because there were many areas that needed change to make the cage stronger. A second inspection has not been done. I suppose it's 'looser' in Brevard County than Indian River. HOWEVER, I was emailed today in response to my request to adjust the screen door-huge gaps- that Lafferty will not do anymore work until the final payment is made! A workman told me that Lafferty has been fined several times. I certainly wish I had known that before agreeing to this project, Outwardly, the salesman appears very knowledgeable and promised me that the cage would be the same design but with much better materials. That's what I asked for and the drawings supported that. This company has never understood the concept of trying to make the customer happy. Nor do the owners have much integrity, from what I wrote above to notarizing a document that contained my signature but not in my presence nor with my permission.

I purchased a home in Florida and the previous owner left the front yard and backyard a complete…read moremess. There were dead weeds and plants as well as overgrown grass that definitely needed to be mowed both in the front and back yard. It was very embarrassing and a complete eyesore. Being new to Florida and the area, I did not know anyone. I researched landscapers in the area requesting for an estimate since I wanted this project completed ASAP to start with a clean slate for landscape renovations. Appointments were scheduled with various landscapers to come to the house for a quick quote to start the project. Everyone scheduled turned out to be extremely flaky and not one person showed up to provide a quote. I found Jason and Caras while researching and both came out the same day to provide a quote and completed the project on the same day. My electric bill is $85 for a 2500ft home now. My experience with Ecoview has been wonderful! Our installers were SPECTACULAR. So professional. Bagged every window to minimize construction dust in my home. Vacuumed. They installed thoroughly using the correct long screws and spray foam around every window, then trim and caulk. Didn't damage any of my stucco or drywall. My windows all work great and sit squarely. No complaints at ALL about the installation or quality. Ecoview was my lowest quote for my impact windows but had the best warranty which is why I went with them. At first, the price made me nervous but now I'm so glad I didn't waste extra money with another company. The only feedback I have is that the original estimator (owners son I believe) was young and made some unprofessional comments while he was at my house. He commented about my mattress being on the floor in my room (none of his business but I was clearly moving in- I had boxes everywhere!). I also had to call to check on the status of my windows and called again to schedule. No issues there but be sure to check on things yourself if you want them done quickly! Carlos, the owner, has been spectacular. He came out to my house and met with me before I ordered. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, not sales-y. Really had a wonderful experience working with them. Still waiting on my inspections because one window was delivered to Ecoview damaged and has to be replaced- totally understandable! Our…read moreold paint (gray exterior, black trim) looked great when we had black windows, but when we got new white windows, the black trim clashed and the caulking job left uneven lines around the window frames. We also had a restuccoed bay window that needed match painting. We were told by another painting company that this partial job couldn't be done, we would need the whole house repainted. Perfecting Paint gave us a fair quote for exactly what we were looking for and got the job done. The match paint looks great and the new white trim really freshened up the look of the house.
