We had to wait over 3 months to be scheduled and then due to a miscommunication on prepayment they took us off the schedule even though I contacted them 3 days before the service was to be performed to pay. We used ScreenMobile to screen in our back porch, and we are incredibly happy with how it turned out. The sales staff were very friendly and down to earth. The technicians clearly knew what they were doing, and the project manager made sure the work was done right. When we had a small issue, they came out right away and fixed it. I contacted screen mobile about a year ago for a quote. I was given one but honestly the price was way higher than others and I wasn't ready to pull the trigger. About 6 months later I reached out to Julius, the sales person who had come out to measure initially, to request an update with motorized screens priced in. Of course it was very high and I needed time to think in it. So I reached out last month and asked for a quote on their manual sliders. One because I have my budget nailed down and two because I know my backyard plan and I have a pool going in. I have him the exact measurements of the space and asked for a quote on manual sliders. I included the color, type of screen and asked for their lead time. Even told him I had finally nailed down my backyard plans. First he only replies with lead time. I said ok can I get the updated quote I requested? He gives me the original quote with the wrong color. I followed up with questions on why this was just a reiteration of the original quote and not the revision I asked for. Listen. I get companies are overwhelmed with requests. I didn't ask him to come back out and measure. I gave him the specs. Radio silent. Nothing. A week later I can the office and ask when I may receive my updates quote. This what he says: Dear Kim- It was a pleasure to do 3 quotes for you. After 3 quotes I am done. I have a long list of customers that require estimates- I unfortunately do not have the time and/ or resources to continue doing estimates- over and over and over again. Best Regards Julius The passive aggressive tone. The lack of professionalism. I get it. I asked for three quotes. They were for three very different products. This is unacceptable and based on their Yelp rating and other reviews, I dogged a bullet. This person is a horrible representation of their company and I will be having conversations with the owner and parent company. read more

We had a new house built in Cresswind Charlotte and we had heard ScreenMobile had installed most of the Eze Breeze systems in the neighborhood. They then signed on as a vender and we contacted them and told The owner, David, we wanted to break up our 13' x 32' porch into two areas. A 12' x 13' for the hot tub and the rest for an area to use as an enclosed porch. he can up with a great idea with Eze Breeze sliders in between the two areas. It came out GREAT and we are very happy with it after 6 weeks. We had them install shades on the hot tub side to have some privacy. I highly recommend ScreenMobile and David and his installers. read more

What can I say?? Home Improvements during Covid.... I will say that the ENTIRE Screen Mobile Team has been fantastic to work with. From the estimate, to the demo, to the best install team I could've ever asked for. There always seems to be bumps in the road but when the owner of the company makes a point to call, follow up with a text, and then call again... that says a lot about the company. Dave Winters came out and gave an estimate for a sunroom project. He was there for about an hour, and didn't give us very much information. A few days later, I got an email saying he'd pass on the project, but that my baby is very cute. What a weird interaction! I'm not sure what would make him pass on the project without giving an explanation, but I found the whole affair to be bizarre and unprofessional. Of course, any contractor has a choice not to take the project (just like I have the choice to post on the internet about how weird the whole interaction was). Perhaps he didn't think he could make enough money on the project or something...whatever it was, though, I would have appreciated knowing what his issue was with my house (my family? me?). The whole thing was just weird. I don't recommend doing business with these guys. You'll find yourself looking in the mirror, asking, "What did I do?" I'll continue to update Yelp with the unfolding saga of having work done on our home, hopefully with more positive reviews in the future! read more

Spectacular from start to finish! I called and spoke to Debbie about my screen goals and she scheduled me for the next available appointment which was nearly a month away! Today was my day and Mike arrived on time, looking professional and with a smile. He looked at the windows where I wanted screens, took the measurements and went out to his truck. Boom Bam! In a little while he came back with 3 brand new, freshly created screens in the color and size that was perfect for my windows! I can really tell the Screen Mobile screens apart from my old screens, they look tighter and just better all around. I may end up having all of my screens replaced down the road. Mike handed us the invoice, we paid him and he was on his way. Couldn't have asked for a nicer man or better service. I'm now a big fan of Screen Mobile and would recommend them to anyone needing screens. Instead of debating with yourself about the cost versus the effort, just call Debbie and Mike to come out and get it done already! It's not something you'll have to replace often and once it's done, it's done and you can again open your windows without bugs flying in! read more

Contrary to many of the other reviews, we had no problems with appointments. We did have to wait to have the mater technician return from a trip to advise us on whether or not our EZBreeze system needed to replaced in full, partially, or at all. A couple of weeks went by, as was communicated, and he arrived as per the appointment schedule. As it turns out, he suggested that the system only needed cleaning and nothing needed to be replaced. That was exactly what the sales representative suggested, but he wanted the master technician to confirm. Point being, how many businesses have the confidence and honesty to not sell you something that you don't need? They both shared that they would sell us new equipment if that's what we wanted, but felt obligated to share that it was not necessary. Screen Mobile had the honesty to turn down a several thousand dollar sale. If I need anything in the future, I know who I will call. read more

We called the company and got an appointment at our home so they could bid on a Screen Room we wanted built. Craig came out, reviewed our ask, made some good suggestions as well, friendly, courteous seemed like a nice guy. Found out that he also appreciates cars and that a license plate he had was a HAM Radio call sign, so I too am a Ham Radio Operator and told him I would do some research to find more about the previous owner of the license plate. We received our bid and we had a few questions with regards to the warranty and the contractors license here in SC. I sent an email with my questions as well as the Ham Radio detail and research on his old license plate. We have yet to get a reply to that. So I sent a follow up email, still nothing. My wife has called him as well left voicemail. Still nothing. So I do not know what to say, but very disappointed in the company and moving on. read more

This was the most unprofessional company that my husband and I have ever dealt with any where. We currently live in New Jersey and are purchasing a home in Charlotte. We decided to use Screenmobile to install security screens and doors. We made it clear that we would be flying in for the sole purpose of getting an estimate and meeting with the owner. Well the owner made the meeting and made some good suggestions but failed to follow through. It has been three weeks and we have not received an estimate or a phone call explaining the delay. I have called twice to find out the reason for the delay and when we can expect installation but each time the owner, David isn't there and he never returns my calls. This company has horrible customer service and clearly doesn't want our business. My husband and I have moved on to a different company, DB Doors. They returned our call immediately and gave us an estimate within a few hours. I would not use Screenmobile. I must say however that Debbie at Screenmobile is awesome. She tried as best she could to help us and emailed David several times but she can only do so much sense the lazy person is her boss. read more

If I could give zero it would be exactly that... Do not use this company! I scheduled an appointment for work to be done. The latest appointment was 4pm. I stressed that it's kind of hard to be off work that early but I'll make it work. I took off work 2-3 hours early to ensure I was on time. 4:15 comes around and I call to find out if they're coming and Debbie tells me that they were running early and arrived at 3:30. I wasn't home so they left and need to reschedule... ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW? She calls the tech then calls me back said yea, he's already home for the day. He couldn't call me when he got here? Leave a note? Send a smoke signal or anything? They wanted to reschedule obviously. Now my door won't be fixed in time for my upcoming even I have planned. I'm not rescheduling with a company that only cares about getting home by 3:30 on a Friday afternoon! Find a different company! I'm not finished either! read more

I would not recommend using this company. We scheduled an appointment to have someone come to give us an estimate for a screen room. We got the estimate and contacted Screenmobile back to let them know we were interested in going ahead and getting the project done. We called a month ago (August 1st) as of Sept 1st we have not heard back from this company. We contacted them again on September 4th, as of September 8th no one has called us back.We also sent emails to the salesman, still no response. They have very bad customer service and obviously don't want our business. We have decided to move on with another company. read more

We've had Screenmobile of Charlotte help us with two different projects - one was a retractable screen for sliding french doors and the other was a removable safety fence around our pool. Everyone who works for this company is so very helpful and puts customer satisfaction as their primary goal.
