I have 3 sliding doors with sliding screen doors which lead to a deck. Needed to have 13 screens re-screened and a sliding glass door screen. From the first call of inquiring about services, pricing and scheduling it was top notch customer service. Team of two arrived and removed all the screens and took them out to the service truck and replaced the screens and even fabricated a screen frame for me since one was missing from a window. This company went above and beyond. I was in a serious emergency time crunch that came on me suddenly and they accommodated me in so many ways. Our beach house vacation rental at Stinson Beach needed five new sliding screen doors asap. I hadn't been out there in a few months and the weather does damage materials out there. I had renters coming at 4pm, they were able to come early in the morning and made all sliding screen doors on site to perfectly fit door frames. THEY HAD ALL THE MATERIALS, even in this supply chain problem we are having. I mean, I can't even get socks at Nordstroms right now things are so bad. THIS WAS AMAZING. Lori was more than accommodating and wonderful to work with...in the midst of this frantic task. I was able to communicate with her and she did so many things to make this happen. First of all, they are a high-quality company with accolades from my property managers too. They were willing to come to Stinson Beach, which can be very difficult to find tradespeople to do this. I loved that they had a SELECTION of sliding screen doors. I picked the extra sturdy ones, made with materials that will not rust in our location, and ready for hard core wear and tear. The two men that showed up were so nice, respectful, wore masks even though they were mostly working outside. I was ready to invite them over for Thanksgiving after getting to know them. And totally knowledgeable about the process. You can't believe when they drove up: They came with a huge truck and trailer WITH EVERYTHING mobile like a moving hardware store, ready to solve any problem that might come in their way. Of course they were on time. I had to leave after a couple of hours before they were done and one of the guys offered to text me completed photos of doors and put the labels I had made for each door on, as I asked (I couldn't do this until the doors were made). They did it and didn't forget. They reassured me they had plenty of time and were a pleasure to have on our premises. And, they knew what they were doing 150%.
