Purchased a retractable screen door from Screenmobile in 2016 and just recently asked them to come back to fix the doors. The bottom of the screen is all wrinkled and is not sealing. The service tech said it wasn't their fault and it would not be covered under warranty. I offered to pay for material if they would pick up the labor and they said no deal. Poor customer service.........we will never buy from them again and will be sure to tell our entire neighborhood how poorly we were treated. Well after posting this the owner of the franchise came to see me and told me that the guy who installed it did it wrong and is no longer with the company. He offered to come back in less than a week and install it correctly with a new screen. OMG....it works perfect now!!! We recently moved to Palm Springs and had two screen doors that needed help. A friend of ours recommended Screenmobile, and we couldn't be happier with their service! When called, they had someone out the same day to take measurements and everything. They told us that we would need to order a new screen door for our bedroom and that they could just rescreen the one for the dining room. Because the screen door we wanted to order for the bedroom didn't come in the color we needed, we were told that they would order the next door up in quality for the same price! When the bedroom screen door came in the following week, Screenmobile came to install that door and rescreen the other. After rescreening the dining room door, it was discovered that it wasn't going to work out and that we would need to order another door - the doors were in really bad shape! Screenmobile offered to order another door at the same price we paid for the other, not charge us for the rescreening of the old door, and install the new door, when it arrived at no charge. The new dining room screen door came in and there was some trouble opening and closing the door because the door jam was not square. Screenmobile offered to order a brace for the door at no charge and install it. When they arrived this morning, they thought that a pet screen, which has more stability, would work better. Normally, this would be a $40-$50 charge, but offered this to us for free. We now have 2 screen doors that work and look very nicely! The guys from Screenmobile that came out were professional and curteous. We would definitely use them again! read more

Prompt service and very professional. We had one screen door built. We chose the heavier duty screen weight as the door from the house to the patio gets a lot of use. The screen was built in less than two hours and looks so much better than the old bent one. We highly recommend this company. In addition to high quality materials the screen door, handles, rollers are guaranteed for two years from today. This is a big help out in Palm Desert where very hot weather and blowing sands are a constant problem. Yes, we will call them again when we need more screen work. read more

He fixed an old ongoing problem with a backyard screen-door in our home and was extremely fairly priced even though he came out of his way. They had to come back later after the door was fixed and I came home to the job well done. He's a very nice guy and does really good work! It time people hear about this company. I have 8 sliding screens of various sizes that were in overall disrepair due to total neglect of the former owner of the house. Screenmobile was referred to me and they came and gave me and estimate. We had a full rescreening done, with new tracks, new screens and new ends, it took Jon most of the day to complete the job, but when he was done, all the screens were in perfect working order, looking very fresh and renewed. He and Mark gave us a little lesson on how to properly care for the screens in order to satisfy there warranty and that was very much appreciated. Raul came out for the estimate and he was very friendly and polite, He answered all my questions and concerns and went over all options. What an unbelievably efficient process! I called a day earlier upon discovering an oversized window screen had finally deteriorated, fallen and bent. Carter came out and after measuring I could detect the distant sounds of a power saw on his truck at our curb. The new screen fit perfectly, looked so great that before leaving I asked him to look at the other windows and door screens that could easily merit replacement. He's so pleasant and without the hustle of a typical sales approach--a good communicator describing the process without pressure. Ideal!
