If my suit was, as she put it, "seeping with grime", wouldn't dry cleaning remove the dirt rather than turning it completely "dirty"? It was not the poor job they did that angered me ( they washed my white blazer with darks, the darks bled into it, and, instead of fixing it, they made it worse by pressing it at very high temperature totally ruining the natural fibers), It was the clerk's (possibly owner?) demeanor that angered me. She treated me and my daughter as if we were garbage, saying that the blazer being crisp-white before the cleaning is a lie, although we showed her recent photos to prove it was white. To make matters worse, she refused to reimburse the $50 she cashed for simply ruining a $280 blazer. No, she asked for an extra $25 to have the blazer "cleaned" again !? They might be doing decent jobs for select clients but, if you have light colored clothes, go elsewhere to avoid being embarrassed by someone who cannot even do the job she advertises for.

The associate advised me when picking up the zipper didn't need to be changed it just need the piece at the end changed. Even though i told her in the beginning it sticks and splits. She said it was fine and fixed of the issue. Today i went to wear the jacket to get stuck in it. So I went back to the cleaners spoke with the same associate i spoke with in September. She was all snotty with me. Told me that they do not do warranty work, the coat could not be repaired until the earliest next friday. I asked for the owners contact information, she wouldn't share it, and she wouldn't get the owner to contact me. Needless to say i didn't leave my jacket there!
