I first contacted Aimee concerning an odd window in my rental. It was odd because it was a built-in window with these barriers that could not be removed. Nicholas arrived on time. Our screen door has an uncommon design. He carefully assessed the problem. Repair required maneuvers not typically a part of getting screen doors to glide properly on their tracks. But he got the job done, and had time to show me how to reattach the screen on another door that had separated from the frame. He was here about an hour. Nicholas is fantastic! When he came over to give me a free estimate I was having my house painted. The workers had finished my front steps the day before but all the paint was peeling up and looked awful. Nicholas says I know someone with the perfect paint/stain and I will give her a call to see if she will take a picture of it. I guess she was too old to figure out taking a picture but she tells Nicholas that she doesn't want the can of paint/ stain and he could have it. He leaves, picks up the can and comes back to give it to my workers. The color was perfect. This is a complete stranger and he hadn't even given me the estimate yet. Of course I did use him for all my screens. The screens came out absolutely beautiful. He took most of my screens home but left the ones that I used the most. He came back (about a week later) and finished the leftovers screens on that day. He entertained me with beautiful stories while he was working. I had one screen that was odd that you had to take out from the outside but he figured out how to put tabs on it where I could bring it inside if I needed to wash the window. He is very service oriented which is a very beautiful trait to have.
