Needed a new speaker on my iPhone 7 Plus. Called and spoke to Jacob, he got me an appointment right away. When I got there Jacob left, but turned me over to David O. I had a new speaker put in and a new glass cover replacing my old broken one. Impeccable customer service, and excellent workmanship. I have been there before to have a broken screen replaced on my old iPhone. These people know what they are doing, their prices are very reasonable, and they treat the customers great. BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY DON'T GO HERE. Went in to get my phone fixed they even locked out my phone and I don't have a laptop so I lost al my photographs because I don't use iCloud for photography reasons. It worked fine for a few days then screen started to compress I could feel it coming unglued. Then it completely came undone took it back within a month they told me it was my battery then wanted to charge me around 250$ for another screen and battery I told them no and they wouldn't even inspect my phone without charging me..... took it to itoy on nees and maple and it was done in 15 minutes haven't had any issues and he told me there was. I issues with my battery then gave me a year warranty on the screen! read more

My husband accidentally dropped his phone and his screen cracked. Brought it in, and got it fixed with in 2 hours. They have a sign put out that saying 30% off the total with a purchase of a phone case. He bought a phone case but did not get the 30% off. When he tried to return the phone case the next day, wasn't too happy with the customer service. Apparently he didn't get the 30% off because it only qualifies for "selected" items (at least put a sign out so that the customers are not under the impression that they are gonna get the 30% when they buy a case).. And also they have no return policy-all sales are final which would have been nice to be informed before they charged us. Poor management - Promised my repair would be completed by 8pm closing. no call, no message - drove 45 min. that evening to pick up and they had not even started on it. Technician had been told to fix others first. Owner refused to acknowledge their calls and emails. No apology, no compromise. Just a waste of my time. Never again! read more

I recently cracked my iPhone 7 and I remember seeing their store from getting coffee. So I headed over and got a quote from them on my iPhone, then I went online to check prices from other tech stores. It had shown that ScreenWorks was cheapest, so I headed back over to get my iPhone fixed and they told me to be back in about 30-35 mins. I was shocked because I thought it was going to be around 2-3 hours... So I came back and my phone is as good as new! This place is fast, cheap and convenient. At first thought, I'd give a zero star if that were possible. However, I'll stick with rating this business a one star, due to the follow up given by the store manager. He did call me back, and did make an effort. My phone got dropped while running, and shattered. I called around and chose to go with Screen works, Clovis. I made an appointment, and got my screen fixed for 106.00. Less than 12 hours later, my phone was cracked across the top. It had not been dropped, scraped, thrown, nothing. I did however, pop my case on after charging the device. Perhaps that's what caused the crack? I called (still less than 24 hours after my appointment) and talked with the store manager, Jacob, who was polite and stated they do guarantee their work, however, cracked phones are not covered, though that's the work they did on my phone. He said they use the same quality/grade of glass as Apple (I own a iPhone), though that's clearly not the case. I have owned this phone for nearly four years with a simple peel and stick screen protector and consistently changed and/or removed my phone case, and the glass has never cracked. I was told he wouldn't guarantee fixing my phone again but, would love to look at it, and see how he could help me. He can't. I'm going to get the same quality which is obviously not great. I'd love my money back (which isn't going to happen) or, maybe half? Since half my phone is fixed. And since I went to a 3rd party, Apple won't fix my phone now. Wishing I had known that prior to making an appointment. Terrible situation all the way around. read more

I had my second experience with Screenworks Clovis this week and can enthusiastically reccomend them for any cellphone problems. The earbud port on my Samsung S7 quit working so I call them for an estimate. The young lady who answered the phone quoted me $220.00 for the repair and replacement. That sounded a bit high to me so I thanked her and went to do some comparison shopping. Before I had time to make another call David called me back, told me the young lady had misunderstood my problem and that her quote was incorrect - the right one was $80.00. I asked him if I could get it done by closing time and he assured me he could. I dropped the phone off around 2 p.m. at which time he asked me to call around 5:30 to make sure it was ready before coming to pick it up. When I called he said he should have it ready by 6:30 so that's when I headed back over. When I got there I was informed that the port wasn't faulty and had responded positively to a good cleaning. I checked it out and it was working perfectly - cost $40.00! So nice to have such a positive experience with such honest people. Their honest treatment and pleasant demeanor (in both my experiences with them) have created an appreciative and loyal customer. I recommend them without reservation. read more

I took my IPhone in on a Friday morning for repair for water damage, was told they could do a diagnostic on my phone and then would repair it if they could. They said they would call me within 48 hours and let me know if it could be fixed. I got no call from them. I called twice on Monday, twice on Tuesday and was told by the same person that "they were working on it". After receiving no calls from them again, I called on Thursday. I spoke with Jacob, who reviewed the notes and told me the phone could not be fixed. He said the technician worked on it late on Tuesday and apologized that the technician had not called me back. I told Jacob about the calls I had made asking for status and that I felt the technician had lied to me when he said he was working on my phone. It appears he didn't work on it until late Tuesday. Horrible customer service. No call backs as promised and lied that he was working on the phone when he hadn't. Also, don't buy their Groupon. I wanted to use it for the diagnostic charge, but was told it didn't apply because the Groupon only applied to accessories and service. Diagnostic was not a service. Total waste of time and money!! read more

First let me start off saying that all the times I was in the store the staff was friendly and I appreciate that. My experience as far as fixing my problem was far less than I expected. My problem was a battery that would not charge. I purchased a new battery. That battery was charged to 46% when I left and never went above that and once it went dead I could not get it charged again. I went back to the store, this time I left my phone for 2 hours, was given a battery that was charged to 97%. It was fine for about 5 days, I let it go dead and it never charged again. I went back, again....left my phone again. This battery was charged to 27% and slowly went dead even when plugged in to charge. This time before my battery was completely gone I went on Google and found a possible solution. According to a past Apple employee sometimes a battery not charging is due to a software glitch. If you hold down the home button and the sleep button for approx. 30 seconds your IPhone will go blank and then come back on with the Apple logo. This resets the phone. Once I did that and plugged it in to charge it worked fine. I have not had any battery issues since then. My complaint here is that I wasted several trips to this store, which amounted to several hours of waiting. I purchased a battery that I probably did not need. Shouldn't the technicians that work here have tried this simple fix instead of replacing my battery over and over? I was even told on the last visit that the batteries they have sometimes sit in the back for a very long time and they can't even be sure they are good anymore. On my last visit I was also told if this battery didn't work I would need to pay for a diagnostic. Lesson learned here, do not go to this business to fix anything. Waste of time and $60.00 for something I didn't even need. read more

They were HORRIBlE. We had to take the phone there multiple times after the initial repair because immediately after everything else stopped working. We finally took the phone to another repair company and found they had left out several screws from inside the phone, used tape inside the phone and taken out other parts. So frustrating, because you leave thinking the phone you gave them is intact only to find out later that it isn't. read more

This was the 3rd place I went to get a quote for a cracked screen on my Samsung s3. They quoted me $100 less than the other two places I went. The screen was replaced in 2 hours and my phone looks brand new! They even replaced my cracked camera screen at no extra charge. They were professional and very nice. I took my phone there for repair (broken screen) was not told that i would have to pay over 225 for repair was told i would pay 150 for new glass, was not told that my phone would not work after they worked on it, went into store 4 different times same day after being told it would be done in hour came back later then again and again and got my phone with new glass but the phone would not work at all, took it to another place who fixed for 99 and works great now,, i would not take anything to this place if you want it back in working order! read more

WOW!! This place ScreenWorks is a life saver! I was on vacation visiting family in Fresno shattered my iphone 4. I took it to the Verizon store and all those guys told me was that I had to purchase a new phone. Originally being from the LA area, I knew that I can have my screen repaired, only downfall was that I was stuck in Fresno for another week. AMAZING service! My toddler somehow managed to crack our Ipad screen. Since buying a new Ipad was out of the question, I looked up instructions on how to repair it myself. There were approximately 60 steps to fix the screen and I definitely did not want to risk breaking something in the process. I heard about Screenworks from a friend and I shipped my Ipad to them and got it back within days. The Ipad looked brand new and everything worked perfectly! Detailed instructions were provided for the mail-in service which made the process completely seamless. I would give this no star but that wasnt an option. So, I just lost my cool in this store. I took my grandsons phone Screenworks on Willow for the second time a few weeks ago (shame one me right?) The new screen was off from the very start, but...Cody didn't complain much so I didn't pay attention. On our way out of town, the screen on his phone popped out again in the corner. He pushed on it and his thumb shattered the corner. We took it right in. The manager came out and said, "nope, this is a customer problem, since he broke it!" Ok, I said...."but, the screen popped out. He could have shattered his thumb, I would at least expect a discount, I am ok with sharing the blame". The guy laughed and said, "well no, no discount, this is a customer problem!" So, the story goes...I lost my temper and yelled "Shame on me for coming to this place again!" And he laughed and said "have a better day!". He was so condescending, my husband almost had to drag me out, by this time I lost it in front of the kids and shouted "SCREW YOU"!!!! Frank tore down a little sign above the desk that said 'satisfied customers are our number one goal' and threw it on their desk and walked me out. SCREEN WORKS ON WILLOW. They used cheap glass, not tempered (I know this because he said I should get their tempered glass) like I would EVER use them again. Share this with friends so they don't get a crappy screen! One time, shame on them...two times, shame on me. They could care less about you once they get your money. Ended up here for the reviews but once I got here I didn't see anything special. Got my iPhone 6 Plus repaired and the overall repair went pretty smooth. Turn around time was about 3 hours and phone was working flawless. This is where they lost me. They are the most expensive place in town. I mistakenly shopped around after I dropped my phone off just to find out that I could have saved over $45 somewhere else. I figured they must make it up with the experience and quality of repair. I returned my phone to Apple just to be informed that phone screen was replaced with a copy and was no way authentic. So I spent top dollar for low end part. I called back and they assured me they use same parts as Apple and purchase from authorized Apple dealer. The rep at Apple let me know they don't have any authorized sellers of there parts. Overall my phone works fine I don't know the life span of my copy lcd hopefully it's not as fragile as they Apple Rep said. read more

I am a very patient person and never goo out of my way to write a review. I called about getting the back glass to my iPhone replaced. I was very clear with the person I spoke to about what I needed and the guy told me if I ordered the back glass they would replace it for about 40 dollars out the door. I have a very busy schedule and live WAY across town but I made it a point to make it out there. I ordered the part and went there and the guy looks at the phone and says "awwwwee" man, here we go. So I asked what the problem was and he asked who I talked to and I told him I didn't remember even though he sounded just like the person I spoke to. I told him what they told me and he said no, we can't repalce just the back glass it takes too long we'd have to order the whole thing with the frame and it would be around 230 to replace it and a whole day. I'm pretty pissed and think that even if I spoke to different people they should all know what they're talking about and if they don't nnot work in quoting. Get it together man. Now I I'll hav to order more parts and am gonna find somewhere else to go. Like I said I'm a very patient person but what pisses me off is I'm very thorough with people so things like this don't happen. Anyways.
