Dropped my phone the day before leaving for Vegas. Brought it here for a same-day screen replacement. Paid $300 and asked for the parts back (because a screen replacement for a Galaxy replaces everything but the battery and battery cover, literally the guts of the phone) but was told that they were required to return it for some sort of credit. Okay, I guess. You're the pros with the franchise. Then a few weeks later, mysteriously started getting random sign-ins and new profiles added on Netflix and Hulu from someone named Segura with an iphone called "f*ckyou", and my financial accounts all suddenly locked me out and asked to reset their passwords. It was just as though someone had been playing with a copy of my phone. Perhaps I'm paranoid. Or perhaps the "part" got hijacked on its way to be recycled. Perhaps the recycler harvested info. Perhaps someone found the part that never made it to the recycler and collected the info. All I know is that I got way more than I bargained for with this screen replacement, which otherwise went pretty well. I contacted the franchise, who told me this store is no longer a franchisee. I'd picked a franchised store hoping to increase the odds that my data would be protected. Not sure where things went south and perhaps I'm unfairly holding the store responsible, but currently busy deleting added profiles and resetting passwords and the repair is literally the only place anyone could have accessed my phone. Frustrating. And kicking myself for not insisting on getting the part, since I apparently stupidly expected they'd protect the data what with that being their business and all. Lesson learned. But they did repair the phone, same day. read more

Very friendly and helpful service! I messaged them for questions about my phone and got a reply within minutes. Very reasonable prices. I was having issues with my phone not wanting to charge and my head phone jack not staying in and they told me they would need to replace that part of the phone and it was only gonna be $45. But when I took it in they said it was be about 30 minutes so I was waiting in my car and 2 minutes later they came out and said they the phone just had pocket lint stick up in it and it was good to go! Only cost me $20! Very nice of them! Other places would have just replaced it, charged me and sent me on my way, but these guys didn't. Very nice! They Killed My Laptop. My laptop was working fine when I took it in. It only needed the hinge to be replaced and these guys offered me the best price. It took them over a month just to order the part, then another half of a month to get it back to me. And by then the price had almost doubled. They lost the hinge cover, and then the screen disconnected not a week later. And while they did fix it, the charging cable stopped working and the laptop started smoking a day later. Then when I took it back to them for the third time, they wanted to charge me more to see why that was. I took it elsewhere to find out they did not put it back together correctly and something shorted out. The whole motherboard was fried and now needs to be replaced. And that's just the assumption that nothing else was damaged. I'm better off buying a new one. read more

Kept my phone for 10 days and didn't do nothing. Chris told me he was going to order a battery for it because it kept shutting down for no reason then he told me he was going to order an antenna for it because the Wi-Fi wouldn't stay toggled on. I text him last Friday(June 8th) and no response so I text him again on Monday(June 11th) and no response so I just showed up Monday afternoon at the shop. Said that the phone still shuts down still but the battery life wasn't bad so he didn't need to replace the battery but he did replace the antenna but every time the phone shut down the network settings needed to be reset for the Wi-Fi to work. Really didn't give an explanation and kind of mumbled mostly when he talked. So I asked him how much I owed and he said $10 for the diagnostic. Even though he told me when I first got there he replaced the Wi-Fi antenna but I guess that was free. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone nor would I take anything back to them to be fixed because to be honest I don't think they know what they're doing or maybe they are just plain lazy. read more
