When I returned , my phone was overheating so Mohammad assumed it was my battery. He then asked for the password to my phone so he can review my battery through settings. I stepped out of the store for 30 minutes. He stated it would take 45 minutes & I would receive a phone call. I never did. When I returned to the store my phone was ready & still unlocked. When I checked through my apps he was in my photo album & messages as well as other personal apps. When he went back to have the store manager explain the additional charges the manager claimed that was the price they had discussed. My husband had to leave and go to a different location to get the information for the district manager. At the second location the SM was able to look at the charges and we were told that the other store manager lied about what he signed my husband up for. Without authorization this manager added on Asurion insurance that we specifically asked not to have added on. He also removed a long standing bill discount that we have. The manager at your location on Blackstone and Shaw was able to fix some of the damage but we still have to call back July 1st to fix the rest of it. I explained that I had an open-box Google Pixel 11 Pro that had been purchased approximately one week earlier and had never been activated. Rather than selling it outright, I was interested in trading it toward an older model. I was initially offered $480 for a device with an MSRP of approximately $1,100, which was already disappointing. When I clarified that I was primarily interested in a trade rather than a direct sale, I was directed to the company's website. After spending additional time answering questions through their online chat and waiting more than 10 minutes between some responses, another representative ultimately told me that they do not buy new phones. The most frustrating part was the inconsistency between representatives and locations. CellNow initially engaged me about acquiring my device, only for another representative to later state that the company does not purchase devices like mine. Had this policy been communicated clearly from the beginning, the entire exchange could have been avoided. Overall, the experience was disappointing because of the extremely low offer, inconsistent information between representatives, and the amount of time wasted trying to determine whether CellNow was actually interested in the type of transaction they initially discussed with me.

Cell Tech , Loi, was super helpful and patient with all my questions. They had fair and competitive pricing for an OLED screen which actually matters for her phone. I was able to order a screen and chat with Loi. He explained everything and explained how she might test her phone to make sure it was just the screen that was broken. When the screen came in my daughter drove to the store and had it repaired in under 10 minutes. We would highly recommend Loi and his business.
