This is a constant at this location and there should be a regional manager answer for this lack of service. Walgreens always has an excuse for their lack of service. I wish Rite Aid, were still around they did a great job for me for 20 years. Things have changed in the market place and it only continues to get worse. In closing I would love to see Management at this location take action to correct all their shortcomings.

I understand why the knee braces are located near the pharmacy. It makes sense in terms of stocking and organization. However, when one has to literally hobble on an injured knee, dragging one's leg behind them in utter pain, to the far side of the store in order to look at the knee braces, it simply means that it is not a customer-friendly location to put these items. I'm sure knee braces are not as profitable as the cosmetics located in the front, nor do they sell as quickly as the holiday items also located near the front of the store. But it sure would be nice to have the knee braces in a location where it didn't feel like an insurmountable obstacle to overcome to purchase one.

Photo gift tags on premium paper can no longer be picked up in store. We have to pay to have them shipped! Plus the quality isn't as good. (The card stock is cheaper and the color isn't as vivid.) I worked in retail management for 10 years, and I just don't understand what the problem is with these people. Recently I went to go pick up a photo order, told the woman working the front my last name. She told me that I have no photo order, asked me if I'm sure. I showed her the e-mail confirmation and she insisted that I told her my last name was "S". Which doesn't even make any sense, my name sounds nothing like that. Fine, you can't hear, great, moving on. So she finally found my photo order after 10 minutes. Then I came in another time to purchase an item and I had a coupon for it (a big coupon too, $15 off an item). After 3 people (including the "manager") could not figure out how to "apply" the coupon, I was eventually turned away. Are you serious? That's something you figure out on the back end as a manager after the customer has left. I knew things were going nowhere when the called over the woman who couldn't find my photo order to help. Oh yeah, she'll take care of this! Then the manager asked me if I still wanted to buy the item after all that. I'm like, uhh no. There was instructions on the back of the coupon for how to accept for crying out loud. I work full time, have 2 kids, I'm just so sick of incompetence!! Now I'm in there again (I know, I'm crazy I just keep going back expecting a different experience), 3 of them trying to do a return for an old lady, talking about points, and several transactions, etc. I stood in line for 5 mins and walked out. Enough is enough. I have to say the people in the PHARMACY are great! They are totally competent and friendly, and get you in and out.
