I ALWAYS leave this store with a big smile on my face. Not only because they always point me in the right direction for items, But they hype me up & provide the best customer service EVER!!! Nicole is always eager to help me and make my experience so much fun. Today I called the store to have something put on hold for me and Cheyenne was so helpful to locate the item and hold it for me. Torrid - Women's Clothing Near Me - Everett, Washington

This company continues to get worse and worse. Looking for any and every way to screw the people making their business successful. I spend thousands here a year, am a VIP member, and a Torrid credit card holder. Yet every time I have a return (which I organize nicely for them, have the receipt for, highlight all items returning, all tagged, etc), they have a new excuse EVERY TIME why they either can't take my return or must put it on a Torrid store card vs back on my payment method (Torrid credit card). I'm fed up!!! This is essentially trying to force me to continue to spend more. Looks like I'll be spending much less. Will be looking to give my money to any other good company, cause Torrid isn't it. read more

This Torrid is located inside the Everett Mall, opposite of the food court. The location inside the mall is great, pretty centralized. The store itself is always well stocked with lots of cute outfits that actually fit bigger ladies. The employees are all plus size too, so that helps a lot with my comfort levels. No body shaming here! Yes! And the employees are all super nice and helpful. There is no pressure to hurry when you're trying on clothing, and there are fans inside each changing room, which is nice for me, because the stress of trying to find clothes that fit and are flattering, can fluster me. So the fans are much appreciated. I love this store and their awards program. My only beef is the prices. It's a bit on the pricey side. But it's worth it if you want pants that actually fit and flatter your curves! read more

This store is brand new. They have a good selection of stuff. Now to me, Torrid is expensive but they do have cute stuff. The staff was a little awkward but I literally went in the very 1st night they were open. Fitting rooms are so pretty and they each have their own fan! Nice touch. read more

I love Torrid. The clothes are fun, flirty, and sized for curves! I typically go to Northgate as it was the closest in my area. I was way excited to see that one opened near my home. This latest location in the Everett Mall is jam packed with fashion. You need to take your time when shopping so that you don't overlook cute stuff. I always love the combination of skulls and flowers in the patterns. They have great shoes, boots, leggings, and intimates for the full figured lady. But be careful, your pocketbook will take a hit in this place as most garments start around $40. T-shirts are at the low end of prices here at $28. The styling is much more youthful than that of Lane Bryant or the Avenue, So when I am looking for a night on the town get up or I just need to treat myself to something fun, this is the first place that I go to look. read more

This is the most organized and spacious Torrid location. They have a larger stock because of that so if you are a short or tall gal you have a far better chance of getting jeans here than the other locations. Torrid on a whole is rather trendy but they tend to have more edgy pieces. I'd go here for more jeans and night out clothes. Expect to spend some money but if you plan it right you'll get torrid haute cash to spend later to bring a future trip's bill down. read more

Finally a plus size store that has really cute and trendy clothes! Specifically- I love their jeggings. The store is a bit pricey but I get great deals on their clearance racks and during sales. The staff is friendly and helpful and the fitting rooms are good sized. read more

the problem that i have with torrid doesn't lie with the fact that their clothes are overpriced and poorly made, or the fact that i think that the expansion of their clothing size range is a joke (size 8 is considered "plus size" now?? since when??), or even the fact that this particular torrid is fairly dirty/dusty/unorganized on any given day, but the problem that i have goes much farther than that. i used to work for this company in this area a while ago, and i can't even begin to understand how people can continue to give their support and money to a company that treats their employees like garbage. i sometimes go back to visit both this location and the alderwood location, and i can tell that the employees have lost their will to dedicate themselves to this company. when i begun working at torrid, i was promised 10-15 hours a week, but after a few months of work it quickly went downhill and i was forced to accept 5 or less hours EVERY TWO WEEKS. every two weeks! how can people begin to support a company that doesn't support their workers financially! this particular torrid location continued to give me paychecks less than $50 every two weeks, which is absolutely absurd. as that point, they were basically paying for my gas money. when i finally came to and decided to quit my job, my employer basically blacklisted me from ever being able to work for torrid again (which is funny because i quit, so there's no way i would ever want to go back), and i can guarantee you that there are at least a handful of girls that have followed my same actions. i know that yelp is used by consumers to gauge whether or not a certain store is right for them, but i promise you that there are other retail outlets out there that support their workers more than torrid does. please, PLEASE, give your money to other outlets. don't support places like this. support local businesses or startups that genuinely give a crap about plus-sized women and their employees, or at least shop for torrid items on their online store and stay far, far away from their physical retail stores. read more
