A gentleman kindly helped me pick out the best fitted sized box for my shipments, offered me scissors so that I could make the best use of my bubble wrap, and even helped me tape my boxes. I was semi-prepared for this experience, having done a few shipments, but definitely needed some assistance and I was treated better than I could have expected. The store was busy, yet I still left feeling relieved for a drop off I had been nervous to do. The staff moves swiftly, but not in a rushing way! A+ customer service.

They told me if I wanted same day service it was $5 extra. I had no problem with that. They took my number and said I would be contacted when ready. I came back to get my Comforter and Pillow Top on Monday after receiving no courtesy call all weekend to pick up package. The charge was close to $50.00 which I find a little steep for washing and drying two over sized items, but I was still charged the $5 on top of it despite not having a courtesy call to pick up my items, and the rip was still there as well. At least I wasn't charged for that. When I took the Comforter out of the bag and noticed the rip was still clearly there, I phoned in. The women I talked to said I was talking to the wrong person and needed to talk to the Owner. Her care factor towards Me, the CUSTOMER, was pretty much non existent. I'll fix my own rip. They did not have the right length zipper so sewed shut about 6 inches of the opening. The original zipper was hidden from view by a flap but the new zipper is not, it is right on the surface. She did not completely sew in the zipper, leaving a hole at the end that I had to hand sew into place. We brought in a folded, freshly washed duvet but I picked up a jumble of fabric stuffed into a corner of the shop. Nice people and low price if you don't mind them screwing up the job.
