The salesperson rushed us, sold us a product that was the wrong size, and told us we could adjust if we needed to. We spent $200 on a walker. (Ps they don't take Medicare.). Before long we realized the walker was the wrong size. My mom has to bend all the way over the handlebars to use it. We go to adjust it and it's NOT adjustable. We take the walker back, explain the situation and they refused to acknowledge they gave the wrong guidance about the walker size, and it's ability to be adjusted. Now we have a new $200 walker that my mom cannot use. And they offered zero help or resolution.. Won't go back.

Associates are very friendly, looking to help customers with any questions or doubts. The shop has lots of space to accommodate large number of customers. The thing is, if you end up not liking how something fit, they won't let you exchange it for something else unless the item is the same exact price. The Problem is that the online prices differ from the store price so you end up losing the cash. They don't even consider a store credit or giving the customer an opportunity to pay the difference. So if you must shop here and are using torrid cash of some sort, I would buy something you are sure you are not going to ever return. Or better yet, go to the store and try it on BEFORE you buy so what happened to me doesn't happen to you!

Because of his height, significant alterations were required, bringing the total close to $700, with a substantial portion going toward tailoring. I was told the clothing would be ready on March 20th. So I arrived at 6:00 PM on March 20th to pick it up. When I got there, the manager checked with the tailor and informed me the items were not ready. I then overheard that the alterations had not even been started. The work required included sleeve adjustments on the jacket and both shirts, as well as hemming the pants. I explained that I live in Northeastern Pennsylvania--over two hours away--and asked if the items could be shipped to me. The manager declined and instead suggested I wait about an hour. Given the amount of work still needed, and my schedule, this did not feel like a realistic or reasonable solution. What was most disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment of the situation. There was no apology and no effort to offer an alternative solution that would make things right. As a result, my son will not have properly fitted clothing for his first event. Overall, this experience reflected poor communication and customer service, particularly given the clear expectations that had been set.
