But I still gave it a shot. Owner tried to understand what my needs are and then came up with a quote that not only had good discount on the Bed rental, but also gave me a huge discount on delivery. Delivery was smooth and the delivery guy took all the covid related measures while setting up the bed at my place. Overall very smooth process. And I am super happy with my decision and thanks to my cousin as well who referred me here. It is important in this line of business to understand the patient needs first and then offer them based on their need and budget. And I think Primo Medical Supplies is exactly doing that. I want to say that the employees consistently are so helpful, friendly and patient at this location. An area that the CVS pharmacies could improve upon is their online system, including the app. It is difficult to use. I've tried numerous times to get prescription delivery that they claim is offered, I've even had employees at the pharmacy try to help and we haven't been successful in attaining the delivery for my elderly parents. Frequently, we have a hard time getting drugs that we have ongoing prescriptions for. When I've searched on the app for other locations that have the drugs and switched my prescription to them, I have often found they don't actually have the drug either. One pharmacist told me even though the app says they have the drug, I still have to call that location to see if it's true. I feel like a local pharmacy should be able to regulate the drugs that they need on a consistent basis for their local patrons and I feel like there is a better way to be able to acquire those drugs from another location if my local pharmacy can't provide them to me.

Next thing I knew my Rx was delivered without a thank you or even confirmation of the amount of RX I should have. I will give her grace though, as I didn't have a copay thanks to a coupon but I would still think there would be some sort of communication. For a prescription pickup it is a good location just don't expect a lot out of the customer service.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a Walgreens but I absolutely LOVE it here…read more I used to pick-up my prescriptions from the Medical Center Walgreens since I work in the Medical Center but always had to wait like 15-20 minutes in line or in the drive-thru for even longer. When I started ordering my prescriptions from this Walgreens - I am totally spoiled now! I have been here over a dozen times and I have never EVER waited in the drive-thru. It's like NO ONE uses this Walgreens to order prescriptions or there just super fast at taking care of customers. The staff inside is always really nice. And when I order photos, there's someone always in the photo area. I hate having to look around for someone when I'm there to pick up my photographs I already paid for ONLINE. This Walgreens definitely deserves a five stars, had to review them! Best Walgreens in SA!
