This place almost reminded me of an episode of hoarders, that's how jam-packed with scrubs it was. Luckily it was just scrubs they hoarded, not food or dead animals or anything terrifying like that. The clothes were clean and came in every conceivable variety of colors, sizes, designs, cuts, prints, and whatever other existing options there are. My sleep tech boyfriend went straight for the men's section and picked out solid navy blue scrubs. But he's a simple guy, you know, and he doesn't work with children, so that's about all he needs. But for women or anyone working in pediatrics, this is your mecca! I think I saw every cartoon character I've ever heard of on at least five pairs of scrubs here, and while they also stock the basic generic dickies-esque scrubs, they also have the nicer ones- for those who don't work in medical, you don't have a clue that "nice" scrubs exist, but here, they do! The Katherine Heigl/Grey's Anatomy line is here, along with some others that have a bit of a nicer-blend fabric in more flattering tones and cuts for women's curves. If I could be an ultrasound tech, I'd probably fill my closet with these scrubs. As it stands, my job would probably fire me on sight if I came in wearing something so... not professional for my field. Oh well. This is the scrub megastore, make no doubt about that, guys. If it exists in scrub form, it will be here. And the customer service is good here too- anyone who can find anything at a moment's notice in this jam-packed place either spends way too much time here or is more highly organized than the most OCD person I know. A HUGE variety of offerings in scrubs, scrub caps, shoes and all things medical uniform; even the little buttons and pins by the register. The one thing I thought was lacking in their stock was the white coat selection. But they can order items you pick out from their catalog. Same is true if you want a different color or hard to find size. A little pricey but not extravagantly so. And a lot more affordable if you use the 30% discount to UT Health team members. Only better prices I've seen are if you buy the Grays Anatomy scrubs from Costco online (started July 2024). We ended up buying 3-4 pairs of scrubs (in different colors) and a white coat. Most items were in stock but we had to order 2 scrub tops and wait for free delivery. Items came in 1 week later and were as expected. A positive experience overall. And thanks to the lovely ladies working there who helped us out.

Absolutely worst customer service. I placed an order almost a month ago ( before school started )…read moreand I've been receiving the runaround from customer service that they had no information on where my order was. ( if you shipped to store, there's no tracking information for you nor customer service ).They told me to call the store and speak with them direct, i called for 10 days without an answer from anyone. I send two emails to the store inquiring about my order ( since they sent in a confirmation NOT to pick up until you've received contact from the store that the order is ready). Never received a response. After received multiple emails from my sons school, I call the customer service again and ask the whereabouts, they still didn't know as they had no confirmation on their end either. Then they informed me I should disregard the email and show up in person to find my order. Crazy. I show up to inquire about my order, and not to my surprise, there's another parent with a similar issue, and they ask for a manager since the employee looked clueless. She then proceeds to turn WITH attitude and call the manager on the walkie, and during this - makes eye contact with the other little cashier and they smerk as if something is funny. Complete disrespect. At this point on top of already being frustrated, i'm disgusted. The manager has a loud, blunt and careless attitude when responding to the other parent. I felt bad for the other parent dealing with both of them, what kind of service is that?? My turn comes and I proceed to ask the whereabouts of my order, she then goes to grab the order and I asked how long the order has been in store. She then responds clueless as if there's not a computer in front of her that tells her any kind of information about the order. Then I asked her why I haven't received a call or email in regards to the status of my order FINALLY being in store, and she tells me that they're just too busy. Genuinely what is the point of emailing the customers not to show up in person and to wait for a confirmation from the store if the store is unable to give that information? How unprofessional of an employee to tell a customer that they're too busy to answer the phone or to call the customer and let them know that their order is in?????? I am appalled, I am annoyed, and I will NEVER purchase uniforms again from this business. If I can get a refund at this point, I would have, it is just ridiculous. How many hoops you have to jump through in order to find out where your child's uniform is, leaving them to feel left out at school because they don't have a uniform like everybody else. This location needs to be audited on the way that they run business compared to company standards because they are by far NOT doing remotely close to that.
