This store is awesome! My daughter and I went in to see about purchasing some nurse scrubs as my daughter will be starting nursing school soon and we were so happy with this store. We were helped right away by Bushra and the selection of scrubs is amazing. Bushra helped us with selecting the right pants and matching tops and if one didn't fit she'd switch out for another style and size. They sell all brands of scrubs all colors of scrubs for men and women. Pricing is right along with online prices or at other stores. We'll definitely be back to order more scrubs. read more

Everything went well!! This is the best customer service I've had this year in a retail shop. The amount of help we received was unbelievable, I'm like are we royalty or what?!? The young lady with glasses I didn't catch her name, was EXTREMELY attentive to all of the customers that walked through the door. She knows her job and does a damn good job at it. We spend awhile in there as my daughter was trying on scrubs for school. She's and XXS/XS and whatever was not in store they are able to order free of charge. Their scrubs prices were much lower as well as the embroidery than their competitors and she even got the school discount. The gentleman behind the counter was also very helpful and just nice! It was a much better experience coming here than the other 2 on Louis Pasteur that I won't name. I'm so glad we decided to make a pit stop before giving up that day. It also made me feel even better that we supported a woman and minority owned small business. If you need scrubs and want a wonderful shopping experience... GO HERE! For such a small store they carry a huge selection of current brands and styles of scrubs. If you tell the owner what you are looking for she usually has what you need or can order it. If you join the text list they send out when they are having sales of 25-30% off, which really makes a difference if you are buying a couple of sets. If you bring your ID she offers discounts for certain hospitals. Also, embroidery is free for certain hospitals too. She has dressing rooms so it's nice to be able to try stuff on beforehand. Definitely better deals to be had than the big shops. read more

Always have the sizes I need as a petite s-xs. They have scrub collections that I have a hard time finding elsewhere. They're great at recommending different brands and they're informed about what local medical school students and facilities wear. read more

Beware!!!!i hope they will be rotten to hell!!! let me tell you my terrible story from this store, so i bought my scrub from this horrible, terrible store one time and it says on the receipt i can return it within 5 days, so i called the store asking them if i can return or somehow replace it and the lady name JAZ asked her stupid manager if i can return it and she said that they will replace it so i went to this group of scammers hoping that they will honor their words, it turns out they already have their master plan to hide the lady name JAZ and telling me that Jaz is no longer works there but I just talked to this Jaz few hours ago, can you believed that?and they cannot replace the item. Seriously won't shop anywhere else now that I have found this amazing store! The first time I went they gave me 10% off for being a new customer and my second experience I learned that all VA employees receive 20% off discount every time. They have one of the largest selections for scrubs that I haven't seen in any other store in San Antonio. I also went to scrubs and beyond and sunshine uniforms and bought at sunshine the Cherokee form uniforms for $113 where I could've bought it for cheaper at Medical Uniforms for $85. I would've taken it back to sunshine uniforms but they had a no return policy due to Covid; whereas, medical uniforms does allow returns. Hands down always excellent customer service. She made spot-on suggestions on which sets would be an ideal fit for my height, and which would be most comfortable for the movement and environment I work in. She is very patient and extremely knowledgeable in all things medical uniform- sizes, quality, material, colors, availability, requirements, and so on. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, and was thrilled to find out not only do they do embroidery in-house, but within 24 to 48 hours! I started my new job on Monday and without hesitation she assured me they would expedite my uniforms to have my credentials done before then. Very friendly staff, quick and easy embroidery (24 hours) which is included with a reasonable purchase price. Much cheaper than where I previously purchased the same brand and style.
