I stopped in the other day after work to get some new scrubs as I finally have a job that allows us free range to wear whatever brand/style we like & was in scrub heaven! There's really not many places to get scrubs from in shop, locally & earlier that day I had stopped at another store in Livonia but they didn't have much in my size or very many options to choose from so I was so glad I stopped in here! They have every brand & style the Livonia shop carried but SO much more. Yes, there prices are a smidge higher (by $2-3 dollars at best) but it took me hours to try on all the different scrubs & find ones that fit my body type perfectly & looked amazing so it was well worth it! I almost bought some online but SO thankful I didn't because after trying them on in store, they were not at all flattering to my body type. One thing I wanted to note was the lady working that evening was beyond helpful & nice. I was the only one in the shop at the time she was helping me before another customer came storming in with one of the most atrocious, condescending, rude attitudes I had ever seen. She walked right up to the counter & started yelling at this lady that she needed to call her boyfriend & tell him that his order was not in because "she was not going down for their mistake". I looked at the lady wide eyed in disbelief she was being talked to like that & she just smiled & walked over to help her. She immediately got on the phone & began to dial her boyfriends number per her request & the next thing you know, this customer just walks out & doesn't even wait to make sure she had the right number, was able to leave a message, nothing. When she finished her call, I had to turn around & say to her that she did not deserve to be treated like that, no matter what mistake was made & that she was a human being just like the rest of us. I was appalled to see someone treat another human being that way. She explained to me that what happened was the original customer (the BF) came into their shop & bought 2 scrub tops, 1 small, 1 medium then later called back to complain as he only needed smalls, not sure how that's their mistake but ok, so the lady then offered to order the top online for him but let him know it could take 1-2 weeks to come in & his response was well if it's not I'll be getting two tops for the price of 1! My jaw was on the floor at this point at how rude & disgusting this couple was, all because he didn't grab 2 smalls that he knew he needed to begin with. The mistake came in later that an employee had ordered the wrong style by accident (accidents happen people!) & she called to let him know that & that the correct order was placed. She even obliged to his 2 for 1 demand for the error. Apparently they expected the order to be in that day merely because of the fact that he had a conference to attend but she let them know numerous times it would be in on Friday. I don't know if they were expecting them to go in the back & hand make the tops or what, but they were unwilling to accept the fact that they were doing all that they could. I finally asked her if this guy was a surgeon or some sort & to my disbelief he was only a NURSE! This disgusted me even further as I'm a current nursing student myself & we as nurses do the job that we do because we love it, we have the hearts to do it, and we want to help others out. The 60K salary sure doesn't compensate much considering all that nurses deal with. I told her it was nurses like that, that make me sick and scared for the world we live in. I apologized on their behalf for the appalling behavior & continued to shop. Over the course of the 2 hours I was there I watched this man call up & scream at lady working & her husband who also works there & came in later. At one point I overheard the husband asking if this guy was threatening him! At that point I finally asked them if they were the owners because I would have refused service to this man after the pure harassment he was giving them over a scrub top. Turns out they were actually from TX & worked at that location & came up to MI to help out this store. What a warm Michigan welcome this guy gave. I commend them for handling each and every harassing phone call from this guy with class and tact. These two employees and the shop itself will forever have my business for showing how willing they are to go above and beyond for any customer, especially rude classless ones like this guy. read more

Terrible customer service. The young girl working seemed more concerned with her phone than taking care of anyone. She had her own separate music playing loudly behind counter in contrast to the stores. When I asked for a fitting room she neglected to tell me there was a limit, took some of what I wanted to try on, then never checked on me. I had to go ask her for the other items. Couldn't be bothered to look up from her phone when I was ready to make a purchase, I just left instead. read more

Novi needed a good scrub store. Service here is very nice. Bought several scrubs for a new job at a local hospital. Prices are high, but sometimes you need to go in to a store and try clothes on, which is better than ordering and then having to send them back (which is what I did last time- who has time for all that?). They do usually have coupons, and parking is good. Store is clean with a nice dressing room. Will be back again! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought two overpriced scrubs here as a gift. They run way too small so I went in to exchange for a bigger size. They have a ridiculous policy that you can not make exchanges without a receipt; great customer service. Workers are also ride. Won't last more than a year. read more

EVERYTHING in this store is overpriced! You can find everything cheaper on the brand's website or amazon. They also have poor customer service. I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help. There was only one lady working and she sat typing on the computer the whole time. She was a thin lighter woman. An African American woman came in and the lady got up and walked to the customer helping her while I was still in the store and returned to the computer . I left immediately . I enjoy going to this uniform store. Many many choices to choose from. I like the staff, they know when you need assistance and when to leave you alone. Very good and I will recommend to all my associates. read more

I was looking for a particular brand and color and this store was the only one that carries my petite pants at great price, good job guys!

Staff was very lazy. It took 10-15 minutes just for them to put in an order for my uniform, and then they put down the wrong color, which I had to catch and correct them on. It was only me in the store the whole time, and it still took me a total of about 15-20 minutes just to put in my order for 2 sets of scrubs and leave. Very, very poor service. read more
